we made an appointment. He didn't call & didn't show. He came the next day and inspected. He said he'd call after doing some research & told me to fax him a prior inspection report to get further info. He never called about either matter.

As an owner, we value our customer’s feedback. After you posted a review, I checked customer log book and all faxes received electronically but could not find the fax. Also, tried to research through Kudzu and was unable to find your name or any other information. Please accept my personal apology as every now and then, I have misplaced contact info or have not jot down the notes.
