Hire Accountability

I was contacted by Hire Accountability for a unique position as a director with a lending/collection startup. My recruiter, Anthony, knew that as an experienced management professional, I was looking for a very special opportunity. Hire Accountability worked with me every step of the way, helping me to learn about the company and allay my concerns -- which were numerous, considering the start-up status of the organization looking to recruit me. With Anthony's help, I was able to see the positives in the position. I took it. It turned out great for me and for the employer. Had the employer approached me directly, I probably would have turned it down. As it turned out, I got the right employer and the right terms -- for the long term. I probably won't need to talk to any more recruiters for a long, long time. But if I do, it'll be Hire Accountability for sure.
