I have had only positive experiences with Dr. Ho. Not sure what happened with the other reviewers. My kids love her - they are old enough to see a grown up doctor and don't want to leave her office!

Loved most of the staff. It's easy to make an appointment and get in - nice front desk and waiting room. However I too thought Dr. Ho had awful bed side manner - she seemed distracted and indifferent - and dismissive of me. Then it REALLY aggravated me - when my son came back with a broken leg - they told us to go straight to the ER - which we did - but the ER was very expensive of course - and they told us we could have gone to an orthopedic instead. I decided at that point I wouldn't go back.

Dr. Ho never greets my son, just heads straight for the computer. She hasn't bothered to get to know him at all in over a year. Dr. Gregory (also at Sandy Plains Pediatrics) dismissed symptoms that were followed up on, thank goodness, when we ended up at Scottish Rite Hospital. The care is well below average & questions are discouraged. There are better qualified & friendlier pediatricians to be found throughout this area.

I was very happy with my first visit with Dr. Ho. I waited no more than 5 minutes before being seen and Dr Ho was very pleasant and answered all my questions.

I was nervous about finding my daughter a new doctor, and was referred to Dr. Ho. After the first 5 minutes of the first visit, my mind was at ease. Dr. Ho and her staff are friendly and great. Their office is up-to-date with modern equipment and computers in all the rooms.
