My girlfriend recently took our dogs to this vet and had a horrible time. The staff is awful and they didn't seem to care about the welfare of our dogs. The woman who answers the phone is rude and they won't return your call if you leave a voicemail. The office looks nice enough, but it doesn't really matter since the vet's methods are outdated and the staff will not be gentle or caring with your animal. In short, this place sucks. I also have read really bad reviews about animals picking up infections from this place and another woman wrote that her dog had rope burns from abuse after being boarded here. If I had seen these first, I would not have taken the chance on this place.

Terrible vet!!I recently took my two dogs to be examined/vaccinated. The staff is awful and the office manager is a B! I purchased groupons for both dogs and she gave me a long lecture on how groupons don't make them any money (then how about not offering them?). They never let me ask any questions about my puppy (this was her first ever vet exam)and they just gave me a pile of papers and rushed me out of the door. The vet is an elderly man who became very abrasive when he found out that I was there with groupons and then he became even more ornery when he found out I would be using 1800PetMeds for their prescriptions (instead of purchasing through them). I personally felt that they are struggling for money, so they will try to add on as much as possible and really don't care about your animal. They do things like write 2 prescriptions for heart worm preventative and flea prevention when it is more cost effective to get a combined pill like sentinel. They also gave me an estimate for spaying my puppy that was outrageous! They put my puppy in a much too small muzzle when clipping her nails and she started wheezing and having difficulty breathing. They ignored it and I had to intervene for them to give her the appropriate muzzle. Three people pinned her down and she wailed while they finished clipping her nails. It was awful! Go to Falcon Village VCA in Lawrenceville-We thought finding a place closer to our new home in Dacula would be smart, but we were wrong!
