    I have never been treated so poorly by a manager.

    I had made a habit of staying at this hotel for a while, and was emailed a survey to fill out after my stay. I included in the survey that I had been given a queen bed when I had requested a king if possible, which I thought would be likely since the hotel was almost empty. I wasn't upset about it, but because they had sent the survey, I put it in there. \r\rThe manager contacted me apologizing, saying that no king beds were available at the time. I responded that I thought it was strange that none were available given the emptiness at the hotel (there were maybe 5 cars in the parking lot). Ultimately she responded that a different hotel might better suit my needs. This was in February of 2009. \r\rFast forward to December 2009, I was in the area again and had booked a room, because we do like the hotel. When I arrived, the manager greeted me, saying that she had tried to call me (on my home phone), but she had canceled my reservation. I had just driven 6 hours from Virginia. She told me to leave, and I had to find another hotel that night. \r\rThe hotel itself is fine, but be sure to never fill out their survey with a less than glowing review. Constructive criticism is not appreciated nor tolerated.
