Holloway Law Group was recommended to me by a friend that had used them with great results! I'm so glad I took his advice! Best decision I ever made! Excellent attorney I would highly recommend them!!
We were expecting a loved one to end up on the wrong end of an awful sentence for a probation violation. Philip and team under-promised and over-delivered! We were referred by someone who said they... had a similar experience. If you need a great criminal lawyer - and hopefully you won't - Philip & The Holloway Law Group will take great care of you.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »

I finally found a great attorney. Mr. Holloway actually returns calls and emails in a timely manner. He does what he says he will do and does not make false promises. I was a legal secretary for 5 years and I have never met an attorney that cares more about his clients than Mr. Philip Holloway.

THE BEST EXPERIENCE I COULD HAVE HOPED FOR. I recently faced a legal problem that had the very real possibility of costing me my career of 25 plus years. I was fortunate that someone I trust referred me to Philip Holloway because now everything has been completely dismissed. I interviewed at least 3 other lawyers before hiring him but it was the best decision I could have made. If you need a lawyer in Cobb County Philip Holloway is the person for the job. It was obvious from watching him in court that the judge and other lawyers have a great respect for him. You're in great hands if you trust him with your issue - whatever it is.

Called several attorneys on the Friday after Thanksgiving (Black Friday), and expected to wait until Monday to hear from anyone. Philip text me about 15 minutes after I left a voicemail for him. While enjoying the holiday with friends and family, he looked into the issue that I was dealing with and completely resolved it within 2 hours. Incredibly impressed with him!

May 5th, I checked the mail. In it was a letter from Cobb County Sheriff post marked Apr. 30th. Since my adult child was on probation for their first dui, I knew this wasnít good! The notice dated Apr. 28th, said my child violated their probation and a warrant dated Mar. 25th, over 30 days before the letter was sent, had been issued. We called Mr. Holloway, who had defended their dui case, (having it successfully reduced to reckless driving) and explained the problem. Mr. Holloway called the probation officer. She told him his clientís urine had traces of alcohol and had violated their probation. Mr. Holloway then called my child, told them what the violation was and advised them to go turn themselves in, and they did. Mr. Holloway went to work and shortly, I got a call from his competent asst., Lea. She said Mr. Holloway got the case on the judgeís calendar for May 7th! Simply unheard of! May 7th, the day for hearing probation violators. The judge was sentencing people back to back. I couldnít take it. I left the courtroom. Before I could reenter Mr. Holloway was out in the hallway walking toward me. I sat down and prayed. He told me that my child was free to go! Again, Mr. Holloway did it. Mr. Holloway is not the cheapest, but he is the best, and heís worth every dime, because the cost to fight for freedom, well letís just say it ainít free!

In April of this year I found myself, unfortunately, in need of Mr.Holloway's professional services: my experience with him and his Team was nothing short of outstanding. I interviewed four different attorneys in the Greater Atlanta Area before making a decision on who I wanted to represent me, and he was the clear choice. It took six months to come to resolution with my case and I couldn't have asked for a better outcome! I had three driving charges against me: two were thrown-out, the main charge was reduced, and the fines/terms were minimal. Things to know... 1) He is a 'strait-shooter' and will tell you like it is 2) His services are not cheap, nor are they the most expensive (I had a flexible payment plan, which was very helpful) 3) The Hollow Law Group is a great Team; Lea (paralegal) is awesome and kept me informed every step of he way! I HIGHLY recommend Mr.Holloway! Have a sit-down with him before you make a decision on who would like to represent you.

I had a DUI case in which I refused a breath test and was picked up based on witness testimony in a local bar. Mr. Holloway first handled the appeal on my preliminary suspension hearing to allow me to continue driving while the case was pending trial, but later he got the case dismissed completely. I never even had to go to court. He knows exactly what he's doing. He's well connected, and if it's possible to get you a good result, you'll get a good result. Short of a miracle, I don't know how else to describe the outcome of my case. If you need a DUI attorney, this is your guy.

Thank you very much!! I am glad we could help.
Mr. Holloway is a excellent attorney. He is very upfront and works very hard to get you the best results possible given your situation. My son was facing some serious charges and Mr. Holloway was able to get all charges dropped against him and for that I am very grateful to have had him represent my son. I would recommend him to anyone.

And I am grateful to have been able to represent your son and am very happy about the outcome as well!
I recently had a case to go before the Peace Officer Standards and Training Council. My case was very unique and complicated Mr. Holloway gave me a clear and concise review of the case and what I could expect. There were no false hopes given about the outcome. His staff was always polite and eager to help with any questions or concerns that I had. The firm also kept me up to date with the progression of the case. He represented me at the hearing and a resolution was reached that satisfied everyone involved. I hope to never need an attorney again but if I do I will hire the Holloway Law Group. S.Anderson

That's very nice of you to say. I am thrilled for you! Keep in touch.
Mr. Holloway was my daughterís defense council on an extremely long (4 years) and difficult murder case. He was able to get her released on bond ( the first time this judge had ever given bond for a murder charge) and the case was finally settled with an Alford plea to a lesser charge and ended with her being given probation (on a non-negotiated plea) and she has now been re-united with her children. I respect his thoroughness and dedication to his client. His experience as a former police officer and knowing the local system was very helpful. I would recommend Mr. Holloway to anyone in the Marietta area if you have been charged with any offense.

Thanks for the kind words. This was the most challenging case of my career and by far the longest running. I'm happy for my client and your family!
My boyfriend was arrested for driving on a suspense license about 24 hours after having served 30 days for a technical violation of probation. Everyone told us we were basically up the creek. Mr. Holloway was able to have him out of jail and back on track with probation in two weeks. Both he and his assistant Kaitlynn were so accessible and prompt about returning calls and texts. They are kind and courteous, and incredibly good at what they do.

Thanks for the nice words. We do all we can to be as responsive as possible because of the urgent nature of these matters. And of course we always try to get the best possible result and will take on difficult cases where others may not even bother to at least try!
