It's never a good thing to replace an HVAC system a week before Christmas! Our 16+ year old system had been in need of repair for a couple of months - the fan would come on by itself which isn't bad in the summer but too cool for winter! We received a quote from our old national HVAC company and locally owned Holtkamp! Holtkamp was much less expensive and with a better warranty! Matthew Holtkamp was our sales rep and took time to determine the best system for us. The install was scheduled quickly and took a day (of course, cold!) and a half. The heat was working great that first day. The next day, Matthew was here with the technicians until everything was completed! Everyone at the office is great - especially Nicole! All my questions were answered! I felt good using a locally owned business and I got a good price! Highly recommend!

Back in the summer, we got a new AC system through Holtkamp and were very pleased with the price, service and results. Just this month, our first inspection came up, and Jeramy Trammell took a look at our furnace (which is ten years old, and was not previously installed/serviced by Holtkamp.) I was really worried that we'd find out some bad news about having to replace it, but Jeramy was able to improve the efficiency and lifespan of the furnace -- all for free. We are very happy to have Holtkamp doing our heating & cooling services. Ed Hunkin.

Matthew came to our home in Suwanee and completed a thorough review of our systems. He recommended ways to help us save money on our electric and gas bills as well as help clean our air. He's the best! You will be delighted with this company!
