When our HVAC compressor stopped functioning properly in 90 degree plus summer weather, we panicked! Holtkamp came immediately to our rescue. Danny was punctual, friendly, and highly efficient in removing the old coil compartment and meticulously installing a new one no matter how long it took. He was extremely knowledgeable, skillful, and explained the process as he completed each installation. I was extremely pleased and felt confident with his work. Holtkamp Heating & AC made me feel like I had met a "family company" of service providers who all wanted to provide the highest level of service possible to all of their customers no matter what their position is with the company. Thanks Holtkamp for a great job.

Danny and Angelo installed a new upstairs hvac system for us on August 12th, 2015. Both were very courteous and worked steadily until the job was finished. Already can see the benefits of the new system. Highly reccomend. David and Susan Baker in Johns Creek, GA.

I called & scheduled appt for 4:30p. At 5:15p, when no one was there, I called & lady said "well, there's a window". I asked why no one told me it was a window, and why they said they would meet me at 4:30. The lady said she didn't know who I spoke to originally and "wasn't sure if she told me there was a window or not". I clearly just told her there was never a window mentioned, just an agreement of the appt time. So I asked what the window was and she said 4p-6p, so I said "ok, so someone will be here within 45minutes". Then she said, well I don't know if he will be there by then because he's on another job. So first, they don't show up on time, then tell me there's a window, then tell me they cant meet the window AND she had an attitude about it the whole time, like I was being difficult... Not a good way to generate business!

Thank you willyyy for taking the time to let me know of your experience. I will review this with our three dispatchers and be sure they don't get ahead of themselves when scheduling the service requests. I must say they have been doing an extraordinary job this year helping our customers get comfortable again. For others who may be reading this, know we schedule our first calls at 8:00 (7:30am at special request) and all later calls get a 2 hour window. Holtkamp exceeded all my expectations starting with the initial consultation and all the way in between, ending with the a/c install. Dustin patiently explained all questions and addressed all concerns. The techs, Danny and Angelo were punctual and went the extra mile during the install. No time was wasted and answered questions as the install progressed. Their knowledge and expertise is to be commended. Then, as a last step, they do a very detailed inspection of your system to make sure all is functioning 100% with no snafoos. They are 100% about customer satisfaction. Again, thank you Matthew, Dustin, Danny and Angelo. Holtkamp will be my a/c company for life. I recommend them highly.

I've been a customer for nearly 20 years at my current residence. For the first 10 - 12 years, Holtkamp HVAC helped keep my original "builder grade" HVAC units running through their bi-annual check-up service. They replaced parts as needed and really extended the life of what were two average systems at best. When it became obvious that these units were no longer worth fixing, Holtkamp installed two brand new Trane systems for heating and cooling (one in the basement and one in the attic). For the past five years plus, they have been providing their great bi-annual check-ups through the "Comfort Club" service and there hasn't been a single issue. I believe you get what you pay for generally and Holtkamp HVAC is absolutely worth every penny. As a very long-term customer, I can absolutely recommend them! Matt Newman, Lawrenceville

Recently my ac unit went out at my home. I contacted Holtkamp and they had someone at my home the same day. Robbie (the technician) was amazing! Can't say enough about his professionalism. He explained everything to me in detail, and was in a out very quick. Had my ac back up and running in about 30 mins and it didn't break the bank. Can't say enough about this company. Wonderful, Honest, Reliable.

Picked Holtkamp on nothing more than someone saying they had heard of them. Was afraid I might have my own horror story to tell. (forgot to check Kudzu 1st.) Not all all. These guys are very professional. From making the appointment, to calling when they are on their way, and doing the service. I was advised of some things that may be needed in a future visit. Payment to them was a snap. It is no wonder there are so many excellent reviews. Keep up the great work.

After moving to Suwanee, I tried a few different HVAC companies before finding Holtkamp, and I've been using them for a few years now. We have two systems, and one had issues regularly since we moved in. After multiple repairs, Holtkamp replaced the first system last July. I've been thrilled with the new system and the service, so when my second system went out this month, I called Holtkamp again. I've dealt with several of their technicians over the years, and all of them have been professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. The techs have always explained the underlying issues, and talked through options for repair/replacement, with no pressure to up-sell, etc. They also offer 0% financing through Wells Fargo, which is a huge help if you're dealing with a new system, particularly if you want to upgrade to one of the high-efficiency models. We have with both systems - the first system made a noticeable difference in our utility bills last summer (as promised), so I'm sure having the second system upgraded is going to help even more this summer. To Holtkamp HVAC green means saving energy! Holtkamp Heating & Air is certified through Home Performance with Energy StarTM, Southface Institute and Building Performance Institute to conduct home energy audits. We also recycle and reclaim while reducing waste. This includes all manufactures' cardboard, thermostats for mercury and reclaiming freon. Old air conditioners and furnaces are stripped and all materials are recycled. Paperless invoicing is also used.
