We had a furnace motor go out on a Friday night. I called Holtkamp pretty early Saturday morning. They phoned me back and sent a Saturday guy out to check it by 9:30 am or so. The guy looked at it and saw that we would need a new motor eventually. He got it fixed up to run to give us time to decide whether we want a whole new furnace or just a new motor installed. No hard-sell or catastrophic proclamations at this point. Just information, service and time to help us decide on our own what we want to do next. Mark James Suwanee, GA

Serviceman was very knowledgeable and courteous. Explained in detail all the working parts in the furnace and showed what was working fine and what wasn't (igniter). Showed pricing and cost of parts with nothing to hide. Very professional.

My furnace kept kicking off. I thought it was a dirty filter, but unfortunately that was not the problem. My regular HVAC company was busy and they could not guarantee when they could see me. I therefore checked Kudzu and found Holtkamp. They called before they came and even came earlier than the 2-4pm time I was given. The service technician was courteous and had my heat running better than before. The cost was about 10% less than my regular HVAC company. So far, so good. Thanks Holtkamp.

I have used Holtkamp for the past 15 years and have been completely satisfied. Drew came by last week for my Heater Tune-Up and did a great job. He even took the time to explain what he was doing! You will not be disappointed. William Kener

Incredible service - as expected, Drew calls me within 30 minutes of his arrival to service our HVAC, quickly completes the service, and explains what he did clearly. Holtkamp has exceptional staff and technicians.

I can't say enough good things about our service call today. Robby came out on-time and took his time to figure out the problem the right way. He was also a wealth of knowledge about our system and energy saving in general. I highly recommend these guys.

I had mySummer system check up three days ago and as usual the tech was on time and smiling. Systems were checked out and pre flights were preformed ever thing is preforming at the top of the game. I signed up for the ComfortCare program the value of the service I have received is well worth the cost a very good program. Lyle M Henson

We had the complete HVAC systems installed for our 2-story home last Dec. Everything has been smooth ever since, the service has been wonderful. Our bi-annual system checks had been smooth, we just had someone checked our heating system today. He has been very attentive to our needs and questions, and took care of everything, even gave us recommendations on improvements related to heating/cooling loads. I have been a customer of Holtkamp for many years and they have consistently provided excellent HVAC service for my home. The staff are both professional and courteous and always go the extra mile to ensure that my HVAC system is in excellent working order. Drew came out and performed my checkup on 4/23/15 and I appreciate so much his professionalism and how knowledgeable he is. Holtkamp has great staff and I would recommend them to anyone. Every time they come to my house to do a system check, I am still surprised. Every single one of their service technicians is very, very knowledgeable AND nice. It's an actual pleasant experience. My very pregnant daughter had a HVAC problem once. What did they do? Worked on an off day!!! I know I am being repetitive...BUT They actually do care!!!

To Holtkamp HVAC green means saving energy! Holtkamp Heating & Air is certified through Home Performance with Energy StarTM, Southface Institute and Building Performance Institute to conduct home energy audits. We also recycle and reclaim while reducing waste. This includes all manufactures' cardboard, thermostats for mercury and reclaiming freon. Old air conditioners and furnaces are stripped and all materials are recycled. Paperless invoicing is also used.
