I have given this store many tries and the customer service is simply not there. I called for the Manager on Duty and was told over the phone that he was not available and if the matter was urgent. Of course the matter was urgent and so I called for the Manager. Manager (was the operations manager) came and tried to handle the situation and I was told that the supervisor (for that specific dept.) will contact me as the Manager had to research the situation. No call by the supervisor or the Manager. Surprise.

I bought my gas stove from Home Depot and found the process to be straightforward. Though the store has a limited amount of appliance models on the floor (Sears and Brand Mart have much better selection), I found the sales person to be knowledgeable about their products. Home Depots' delivery was very good. The delivery service called me to confirm the delivery, and they came at the arranged time. The two men were very conscientious moving my old stove out and the new one in. No wall damage! With appliances over $399 the delivery and removal of the old units are free (however, it is free through a rebate process which is a pain - HomeDepot could improve this and win points). Overall, I would by my appliances from Home Depot again. Note: I am still waiting for my $55 delivery rebate.

My wife and I we there for snad paper. Not only could we not find anything but we never found the sand paper. And on top of that, the register was backed up to the paint dept. So... not a very good store.
