I have shopped at this store for many years. I think there has been some improvement, but the service is not great. I have found the gardening area to be limited in terms of anyone knowing about gardening. They will get someone to load stuff into your car and that has improved somewhat in the last few years. Paint is good.Help in the aisle hit or miss. Lowe's seems to have more employees available on the floor in the store and are more enthusiastic about helping. Pricing on items are reasonable

This Home Depot is the place that other businesses use as an example in the "Horrible Service" category. Upon one of my many visits, I asked a simple question to one of the incompetent workers here about rope/twine and he directed me to the service desk, and even they could not direct me to the proper area. In one visit last week, I also attempted to ask a question to the manager on duty who blew me off to talk to her associate instead. In short, go to Lowe's where your money is appreciated. I am done buying from this store. I really hope that Home Depot actually reads these reviews and performs a store revamp with better CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I am so disappointed every time I choose this store over the Lowe's that is 1 mile farther. You are lucky if you get any service at all and if you do you do they will also try to upsale you or try to get you to have their contractors do it for you. It's a do it Yourself store, right? why would I want to hire them to do it for me if I didn't ask for that service? THey are not pro-active nor customer service oriented.

We just ordered a custom blind from Barbara and she was absolutely incredibly knowledgeable and efficient and helpful! We were done in no time and on our way. Try Lowe's if you want inefficiency and wasted time - you end up leaving! Barbara, you are the best and do Home Depot proud.

Went in to find a small part. I had already been to some other home stores and was unable to find the correct part. I came to Home Depot and was able to find exactly what I needed thanks to their very helpful employees.

Run away from this Home Depot like the plague! We purchased cabinets for a small townhome kitchen and FIVE months later they are still not done. The design was incorrect, they ordered the wrong cabinets 3 times, employees never returned phone calls, the store mgr never returned phone calls, and Corporate office never returned phone calls. We lost our orginal contractor because he was tired of dealing with their mistakes and incompetence. Home Depot's contractors took over and have been to the job 6 times and the kitchen cabinets are still not correct!!!! Can you believe that??? Save yourself a huge headache and lots of money and GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!

Everything is easy to find. The service desk are fast and very responsive. I had to buy/return items a few times because I changed my mind on size/color and they have been very helpful in suggesting ideas. For small stuff like shelf support studs, I have been able to find it w/o help. I enjoy learning where everything is in the store because it's so organized.

Purchasing blinds from this location was an uphill battle. They were short staffed and the couple of people available to help didn't know what the were doing. Once the subcontracters finally installed the blinds it was okay but the entire process from ordering to installation took about a month and a half. Will definitely consider another company next time or another HD location. The customer service desk was nice, though, and helped us get a discount for the inconvenience.
