besides the usual rushing at the register,,,the female employee that over scanned items on my visit had such long finger nails she had to use her knuckles to press the screen to operate it,,these methods to operate this equiptment should be regulated to not have these,,problems at the register,,and after they finally check you out,,they usualy cram the change and reciept in your hand while your trying to gather your items at the poorly designed counters they have spent all the money on,,

This location is as well stocked as any big-box Home Depot, but the associates are few and far between. I visit this location when I already know exactly what I need. When I need help choosing an item, I typically go to another store. Update: I was back in the store this week, and was approached by 2 different associates to ask if I needed help. Perhaps someone is reading Kudzu?

I've had my kitchen floor tiled and a safety door installed and both times the service was extremely prompt, very well done and at very reasonable prices. The staff is very helpful. I highly recommend the Vinings Home Depot for any home projects you may have.

Very disappointed in this location. Apathetic, unqualified staff. Many times, I've stopped to ask a question, received poor information which resulted in a drive back to the store and product return. I thought I'd get much better, especially considering the corporate HQ is across the street. Very disappointing. This store is a mile from the house and I drive out to Sandy Springs to shop at Lowes. Perhaps cut that $210m parachute and invest back into the stores.

So far we've had really good service from this particular HD. We've had our roof replaced, new windows, new exterior doors and I ordered my kitchen cabinets through them. I don't know if it's because they're close to HD Headquarters or what, but we've had excellent contractors for the roof, windows and doors. The roofers stepped on some elephant ear that I had and they bought me three new plants (even though they weren't dead - just crushed). I recently had an excellent experience using the design services in the kitchen department. I didn't have them install the cabinets so I don't know how good they are at that.
