Professional, prompt, thorough, perfectionist. We have had Craig's help for home repairs and would highly recommend him. His employees are is highly skilled craftsman not just day laborers. He takes a lot of pride in his work.

As you see below, I had rate Craig Champagne and Home Improvement Masters with 5 stars. WRONG! You better hope you never need to reach him if there is a problem like I ended up having. He will NEVER call you back. Takes your $$ and runs. Good luck to those that use him!! Call another Kudzu 5 star repair place.

Craig Champagne is very professional and knowledgable. We had wood rot around 2 sets of french doors. Craig was able to assess the job quickly and knew exactly what to do even though the trim was older and not available anymore. A member of his crew (Nick) stayed and did the job professionally, thoroughly, and went above and beyond. We were very happy with the job, and will definitely call them for other construction needs in the future. Good job guys! Thanks! :)

Craig Champagne and team did a FANTASTIC job with my front door and rotted trim/siding around it. They replaced it all with PVC material and sealed it up perfect. The rotted section had some intricate designs, and they were able to completely replicate in the PVC - I was amazed. They went above and beyond with the weather sealing on the door, too. The material that was originally used was no longer available, but they were able to improvise nicely. Also, they were on-time every day and great communicators. I'll be using them again and recommend to all.
