I received several quotes throughout this process. Dixie came out first, the salesman was so pushy and expensive it took 2 hours to get him to finally leave. Then I had the "$185" any Window guys come out and the price ended up being 2 or 3 times that after they added LowE and other options.Home Improvement Resources came out and gave me a straightforward quote for Silverline Windows with no pressure or B.S. The installers were here on time, did a great job, and were very knowledgable and easy to communicate with. If you would like a reference, call me at 770-597-1098.

Even though this was a small job, Don Smallwood and Ian Dow treated us like a "big customer". They did exactly what they said they were going to do. Ian suggested a casement window for our custom window, something we - or the other bidders - hadn't thought of and the installation came out great. The installation crew was professional, worked quickly, cleaned up and did an excellent job (meeting my engineering standards!) We are very pleased.

Had a room with 5 aluminum window circa 1993. 3 of the five wouldn't stay open. We were selling the house and these windows would not pass muster. So I went about getting three quotes. Besides being the most courteous and knowledgable folks, their quote was pretty much down the middle of the other two. When the workmen came, he looked at the materials quoted and said the job would not look right if used. So instead of just leaving and having the folks that did the design & quoting come out again, he did it himself, called in for approval and got the job done right with no additional cost.

The customer service and installation of my belt-drive garage door opener were impeccable! Don and Tony were both very knowledgeable and very helpful. Will contact them again when I am ready to purchase second garage door opener.

I'll begin by saying that this home improvement project was "my" idea and I had to get my husband on board! I did the research and found Robert Bowden Inc.; from my initial contact to the completion of the job, I knew that I had found the "right" company for our project. We underwent the replacement of a large radius window and double door entryway system on the front of our home. Don Smallwood led us to Chris Kennedy who began the proposal, quote and drawing phase of the project. The quote was thorough and easy to understand and the drawings were exact. This is when my husband agreed that we had the right people for the job. Tony Frank was assigned to oversee the actual installation. On site was the RBI Team of "Super Heros": Randy and Roger! Together with a small army of men they completed the work to perfection. From the start, I felt like I was working with people who actually cared about their work, product and my happiness with the outcome. Now, it is my husband who has asked that RBI, Inc. be in charge of our next project: all new windows! I look forward to contacting RBI, Inc. to begin the work! Sincerely submitted by: Katherine Boyet, one happy client.

Real Carpenters at an amazing value, very professional, great communication. I strongly recommend them to anyone. I just had them complete a major project to the front of my home. They did a great job, and hauled away the old materials. The guys were experienced and very knowledgeable. Easy choice for my next project. Thanks again!

Our home is featured in the photo section of this company. Home Improvement Resources provided us with Hardie siding and trim and beautiful real wood divided light windows and doors from Robert Bowden Building Materials in Marietta . Experts performed the installation and we were able to select our windows and doors at their showroom. The service and follow up has been great and when our boys, their friends or our dog damage a door or window, which they have several times, they come on short notice and make the needed repairs. We'll use them again and recommend them to all our family and friends.

Thanks Giana, You are our 1st customer to purchase a StrikeMaster II and have it installed. I installed these on my home also and have complete confidence that no door can not be kicked in. Please tell your friends and neighbors about this great product. We're excited about the security this product gives homeowners. The product can be viewed on www.nokickins.com. Thanks again, Don Smallwood
This is the second time Home Improvement Resources have worked on my home. To say it was a good experience is an understatement. The two gentlemen Rodger and Randy that came out and installed my new window sashes could not have been more professional in the way they did their job. They have a great personality and had what it took to make this a good experience. Very clean work. Along with Randy and Rodger, Don Smallwood and Steve Payne were very professional and helpful in assisting me with my choice of window replacement options. Tony took care of the scheduling for the installation date and arrival time, he could not have been more accommodating. Precision Millworks BT30 PVC windows were the windows of choice. I have a traditional home and did not want that vinyl look inside or outside my home. The PVC window emulates a wood window to the point you wouldn't know it wasn't wood if you were not told. They take paint like wood and pop out like vinyl for easy cleaning, the best of both worlds, efficient too. Keep up the good work!

These guys installed a new front door at my house and were very professional through the whole process. They were able to meet all of my scheduling demands and provided me with multiple options to help with the price. Randy and Roger were very informative and thorough in their installation...didn't cut any corners. Can't go wrong with these guys!

Over the past 12 months Home Improvement Resources has replaced 2 entry doors and 8 windows on my home. From initial contact through installation the process has been easy to follow, and the project was quickly completed. The showroom had several products to select from, and the installers were friendly, knowledgeable, and did excellent work. I am 100% satisfied, and will absolutely use them again.

Home Improvement Resources replaced a front window & a large foyer window, along with the old wood molding for us. They sent a large enough crew to get the job done quickly. They did a great job with the installation as well as protecting the existing interior & exterior painting. Will use again!

The crew was not on time... they were EARLY and tooled out with everything they needed. Some inside work was required and the 2 man crew did an excellent job of protecting flooring, etc. Very happy with the final product and will use them again. They are not the cheapest, but not the highest estimates I got either, but the price is reasonable for professional help and I believe well worth what I paid which means good value.

Roger and Randy came out to our location to replace windows. The workmanship was excellent and with their personalities, there was absolutely no inconvenience. They actually made the dust and the noise a pleasant experience. They did a great job cleaning up and put everything back as it was before. You couldn't even tell that the area was disrupted at all when they were finished. We would recommend them above all others. Can't wait until they come back to complete our window project.
