We had been impressed with our home inspection, until moving in the house. We had water seep in from the outside, large leak in the bathroom plumbing and a pipe split in the attic due to being uninsulated.

While it is understandable that a home inspection will not catch everything, there were signs of water damage that a professional should have noticed. As well, we feel a little more attention to detail would have brought these items to attention.

When brought up to the company, various different answers were given to justify the reasons. We would have liked to have them come out and discuss, but they have not shown interest in this.

Larry has an impressive degree of knowledge and experience and was a pleasure to work with. The thoroughness of his work and the level of detail in his report exceeded expectations. I would not hesitate to call upon him again.

I've used Larry Park for one other inspection. Both times he was quick, efficient, and thorough. His knowledge is unsurpassed. The first inspection was for a pre-sale of my home to know condition, etc. The second was for purchase of a home that was 4 years old. He found enough on the newer home to justify the cost of the inspection! His package is very professional.
