I used Home-Probe for three different inspections. They are immediately responsive to email requests, show up on time for all appointments, create a thorough inspection report, follow up with phone calls explaining what was found and email a full easy to read pdf inspection report. They are priced fairly as well. I will always use them and recommend them to others.

From the moment I spoke to Tracy I knew I would be in good hands. She was professional and knowledgeable. Rael's inspection was thorough. It takes two hrs and he spent time with me in explaining every part of the inspection. They also email a lengthy booklet of photos and detailed results and suggestions for the homeowner. I used Home Probe, Inc. for my first condo inspection, and they did a wonderful job. They were very thorough and took the time to discuss everything with me and answer any questions that I had. They were also very prompt in sending me the report and they provided all of the information that I needed.

Using Home Probe, Inc. provided for a seamless first time experience. They were definitely the right choice for me.

This is the first time that I have used this company for an inspection. The inspector was on time, carefully explained the process, answered all of my questions, suggested solutions, prioritized issues, and was very professional. I will use Home Probe again for my next home purchase.

I known them from the Real Estate Broker that I worked for. I used them for 3 times since then. They are very professional, prompt, know what they doing, answer all my question and very patient to explain all the things the home owner needs to know. Since then, I refer them to my uncle and he also very satisfied.
I really recommend them to everybody.
