Always a good experience

Recently we called Bobby to help us replace an aging ceiling fan. He and his team did a slightly larger project for us a couple years ago, and we were pleased with the quality of the work and fair price. The same was true of this experience. We bought a lemon of a fan, but Bobby took extra time to try to get it balanced and quiet.

We've found we can count on him to do good work, leave a spotless work area, and charge a very reasonable fee for his company's work. We would hire Home Projects again in a second, and we highly recommend them to others.

Fair & Honest Pricing with Work to Match

Home Projects, Inc. just completed some household projects for us- carpentry, tiling, siding and gutter repair. Bobby even made a terrific suggestion to enhance the carpentry project. It looks beautiful. We are extremely satisfied with the work that Home Projects did and will surely recommend them as well as use them again in the future.

Reliable and referrable

Home Projects, Inc. has completed two small projects for me and one huge project (basement finish and remodel) for a friend. I am excited to refer Bobby and his team as they do excellent work. As new projects arise, I will continue to call Home Projects as I trust the work will be done well at a reasonable price.

Bad experience.

I would recommend staying away.. pricey and not reliable. There are better handymen out there. I am not sure where the reviews below are coming from but my experience was night and day from the reviews.

The major difference between this customer's experience and the ones described in the reviews below is that we actually worked for the people who wrote those reviews. This review is simply a vengeful attempt at damaging Home Projects' reputation and has no basis.This gentleman is just mad because we were forthright and told him that we couldn't accomodate his needs within his timeline. Here are the facts: This gentleman contacted us on 7/20 with a vague checklist of repair items to prepare his Section 8 rental home for an August inspection by the Atlanta Housing Authority. We responded back to him within 24 hours with some ballpark estimates, and we made a commitment to meet with him at the property on 7/22 to give him a more accurate estimate since he still wasn't sure exactly what needed to be done. We then emailed him the morning of 7/22 to set a time, and we heard back from him later that afternoon canceling the estimate appointment. Our initial numbers must not have been too "pricey," since we heard back from him on the evening of 7/25 in an attempt to reset the appointment. By that time, we had booked up with work for the following two weeks and knew that we would be unable to help him to prepare for his inspection in such a tight timeframe. It is unfortunate for him that he waited until late July to prepare for an August inspection by the Housing Authority. We were very quick to respond to his initial request for an estimate, even though his property was technically located outside of our service area. It is also unfortunate that we tried to help him and he was unable to meet on the agreed upon day to receive his estimate and get the repairs scheduled, but that does not at all speak to OUR reliability. Contrary to his unfounded insults of our service, Home Projects, Inc. provides our customers with fair pricing, as well as reliable and responsive service. A Company You Can Count On

The best experience I have ever had with a home renovation project! After working with outfits that resembled The Three Stooges, I have finally found a company that is professional from the initial quote through excellent workmanship to cleanup. And, they showed up when they said they would! Owner Bobby Burke is a man of his word. A stress-free, hassle-free experience. It all came together with Home Projects, Inc.
