Great Company, Great People, 4/15/2014

Over the past three years Home ReBuilders has helped us remodel a master bath, a basement and front entry portico. Exceptionally beautiful and crafted with quality, especially the millwork and... architectural design. Bill Bartlett, the owner, takes a personal interest in his clients, as well as all projects, offering fabulous design ideas, solid problem solving solutions and gets the job done on time and within budget. The staff and entire team at Home ReBuilders are are among the most talented artisans and managers I have had the pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this company! P.S. I am still getting almost daily compliments from my neighbors on my new portico w/gas lantern!

Looks good/Doesn't last, 2/24/2011

Home Rebuilders built my kitchen and master suite addition in Fall 2003 thru Spring 2004. As I write this my 4'X7' enclosed marble master shower is being ripped out because the builder inproperly... installed the wallboard, drain and shower pan. The wallboard used was not cement board, and they used nails not screws to install it. The shower liner (pan) was punchered with nails, ripped in places, and covered over the drain weep holes. After time water built up in the walls and floor, the nails rusted and discolored the marble. My repair guys removed the stained marble and discovered the wallboard dissolved, water under the floor, mold in the walls and the subfloor wet and rotted. The repair is costing approx. $4,000. and 2 weeks without a shower. Other problems and things that didn't last: A/C replaced 2006, exterior eves rotted and replaced 2007, hardwood floor finish started coming off in late 2004 (kitchen floor was refinished for $4,000. we still have to do the bedroom). There are other smaller items we have had to replace and I anticipate more. Our project cost more than $250,000. I expected major construction to last more than 7 years. I thought Home Rebuilders was over-priced and I paid up for what I thought would be the quality they promished. Not true!

Great company

We contracted with Home Rebuilders to add a second story onto our 1950s ranch. The entire Home Rebuilders staff were great to work with, and they hired very good sub contractors that we felt good about as well. Home Rebuilders was attuned to all of our concerns and needs. The addition to our home turned out fabulously. We would definitely use them again. I also used their handyman services, Doggone Handy, which was great as well.

Exceptional !!!!!!!

Two years ago we decided to build a new in town home. Bill and his team were exceptional by every measure. From the start they were thoughtful, discerning, and had an unparalleled commitment to quality. We also valued and appreciated their integrity, professionalism and patience. This company has a clear understanding of design and how to best execute. We have always found them to be well prepared, articulate, and able to deliver a quality product. You would be doing yourself a disservice if you do not consider HomeRebuilders for your next project!

Simply The Best

What can we say? Home Rebuilders was the best!!! From the moment they took our project on, we knew we had chosen the right builder. Everything they did was top-notch; from the design of our house, to the quality of subcontractors, to the weekly project review with our project manager, to the monthly reporting sytems for budget purposes, to their office staff. Our many thanks to Home Rebuilders for helping us build our dream home. They were Simply The Best!

would not hesitate to use again!

We have used Home Rebuilders for a kitchen addition and years later, a large home addition. Both times, they have been easy to work with and stood by their workmanship. We feel the same way about their handy man service. We priced around for our kitchen addition and used Home Rebuilders. We did not shop around for our large home addition because our first experience with Home Rebuilders was fantastic. We highly recommend them.

Good quality work

This company does a great job. Though they have expanded a bit too much for my tastes and the staff has become somewhat too compartmentalized, they still provide quality work and friendly staff and workers. If you ever have a problem with the work, workers or service, Bill Bartlett, the President, will make every effort to make things right. They did a great job renovating the attic in my 1927 home several years back. I wanted something rustic, and Bill had the kind of vision I was looking for and that no other companies provided at the time. I get so many compliments on the attic, and it is such a treat to be up there and feel like I am at a mountain retreat, right here in Atlanta.

Repeat customer

We chose Home Rebuilders to renovate and add a second story to our Buckhead Bungalow. After meeting several builders, Bill Bartlett impressed us most. He had vision during a walkthrough that no others were able to offer. The house was a perfect fit in the neighborhood and quality and service were great. We moved to a larger home and hired Home Rebuilders to do our second renovation. The house was completely gutted and transformed inside. We love it! Two other neighbors were impressed and chose HR for their remodeling. Originality and a great staff were our primary reasons for using HR. We'd use them again but won't be moving for quite a while.

First Class Quality

We hired Home ReBuilders to convert our huge, unfinished walk-up attic into our new second-floor living quarters while preserving the original character of our home. Their design was a seamless transition from the original house into the new addition. They completed the project on time without any surprises or unexpected costs. The jobsite was meticulously cleaned every day. We could not be more pleased with the final product—their workmanship truly is second to none! It was a pleasure to work with the entire Home ReBuilders team, and we will definitely use them again for any other projects we do.

Happy in My New Home

I engaged HomeRebuilders to tear down and build a new house for me that was completed in May,2007. I worked with an excellent team that included an architect, designer, and project manager. At all times my needs and concerns were addressed in a professional and timely manner. I've been in my new home for almost a year and am very pleased with the quality of the design and construction. I would definitely recommend HomeRebuilders to anyone considering a home renovation or new construction.

The Page Home

Home Rebuilders did a great job in designing and renovating our home 2 different times. The architect was top-notch, really one of the best, and the owner Bill was absolutely wonderful to work with. He has a distinct eye for quality and creative design which was of the utmost importance to us. We couldn't be happier with the outcome of our 1960's ranch conversion!

Well Worth the Cost

I've used Home Rebuilders for 2 major renovations in the last several years. I have found them to be consistently professional, timely and responsive in every step of the design/build process. They produce a very high quality of work. Home Rebuilders will not be the least expensive option for a renovation, but the value for money is very high as they handle all aspects of the process for the homeowner (which is great for busy professionals who travel) and produce design and work of exceptional quality. On both of my projects, the project managers assigned to my job were top-notch professionals and very responsive to my questions and concerns (even when I called them on the weekends).

The perfect new "old house"

We contracted with Home Rebuilders to tear down our old wreck and build a new home to fit in our historical neighborhood. They paid attention to details from the past and improved upon those details, totally in keeping with the neighborhood. Being a design/build company, the architect listened to our needs, and the builder made the drawings a reality. We frequently see people driving by to take pictures of our beautiful new "old" home! Highly reccommended and trusted!

Very Pleased

We hired Home Rebuilders to do an attic renovation. Because of our budget and needs, this was pretty straight forward and not a project that would make magazines. However, when other companies may have blown us off, HR treated us wonderfully, worked within our budget and came up with a design/plan that exceeded our expectations. Compared to the "contractor nightmares" you hear about, the entire HR process was a joy and very affordable. Plus, the crews were on time, professional, and our project was completed early. We are very pleased and will definitely use them in the future. It is very obvious to not only us, but to our neighbors and friends who witnessed the project, when you pay for quality, you get quality. A job well done.
