Home Surfaces

I spent several months interviewing general contractors for a full remodel of my 1950’s ranch-style home. As soon as I met Jeanene and Patty, I knew they were the right team for the job. I now have an amazing, beautiful home that I love. My remodel included all new flooring, paint (in & out), new kitchen, baths, windows & window treatments, electrical, plumbing, drywall, garage enclosure, attic-storage, laundry room remodel, appliances, pool pump enclosure, added closet space, landscaping, fireplace remodel, opening up my home to create an open floor plan and more. They do it all, and they do it all well (a rarity in the industry).

They did this in just over six weeks! Every other contractor I met told me to expect at least 3-6 months. Jeanene is a master-scheduler and kept me informed daily of progress and to talk through any decisions or actions needed. She worked with me as a team. All their sub-contractor’s were reliable, professional and delivered. They also have a good eye for design so if you are not good at that, they will help you, no extra charge.

They stayed within my budget and found creative ways to make things happen within that budget. At the end of the project, I had my home appraised as well. The up-tick in value from making all the “right” choices with Home Surfaces was icing on the cake.

I would absolutely recommend them for any project big or small.

I had two of my bathroom floors replaced and I am very happy with the end result. The guys who replaced our floors worked for a week from start to finish. We also purchased two new toilets and they were very accomodating in removing the old toilets and replacing them with the new ones. I would highly recommend this company for any home remodel.

Patty and her team have just completed the installation of a complex tile pattern in our kitchen and family room. Patty impressed us first by suggesting a slightly LESS expensive tile than the one we originally selected. Her team did a beautiful job on the installation, taking the extra time that was needed to build up some steps that were built not-quite-square by the original builders. Patty also helped us decide where carpet should be used instead of tile, and recommended an upgrade to the pad that has made the carpet feel truly luxurious. The final job was completed under budget with excellent quality.

We originally decided to contact Home Surfaces based on the reviews found here; now we are pleased to add to the positive reviews. Our recommendation -- put these women in charge!

Jeanine and Patty and crew did a fantastic job on our bathroom remodel. I couldn't be happier with the results and I was very impressed at the quality of work and how reasonable the cost was. Patty, Jeanene and their crew did an awesome job on our room addition for our new baby and also a wall enclosure and backsplash for our kitchen. We have already referred them to my parents. Thanks!
