We hired Homepro to update our master bathroom & eventually it turned into a full bathroom remodel. They did drywall repairs, plumbing, tiling, texture matching & moved a wall to make more room. Very organized crew, This project/projects were all finished on time & on budget.

This contractor communicates very well, no problem to call & they answer & address your questions & concerns. I was able to get an immediate quote range & set up a date on my first call, when many contractors I tried went to voice mail & only one of them called back after my work was completed. I need dry-rot wood replacement to my sofits & fascia & they did an excellent job of matching materials & colors on budget & on time. Will use again!

I called Home pro because of the great reviews I read about this company & they are as good as people say. I had water damage to my drywall & sheetrock, I needed a roof repair to fix the leak. I also had plumbing & electrical repairs as well. I will be calling Home Pro again!

I wasnt happy his extremely high rates versus the quality of the work. He said I was renegotiating the deal when I paid him his hourly rate and told him he was done! In all actuality he was getting fired. Yes he did act like a 3rd grader when I fired him. The biggest mistake I made was showing this greedy contractor the insurance adjusters estimate. He thought he deserved more than the $75 per hour - per man, rate that I paid him. I would never recommend this company to anyone. If they are not on Angie's list dont believe the hype. I wish I would have seen this review before I hired him.

For those companies that actually have been recognized as having achieved "5 star service", HomePro's claims are insulting. This is a wannabe company hopes to convince people of his credibility by exaggerating the size and recognition of his company. If you have a problem with him or his work he will revert to being a difficult 3rd grader

I spoke to Chris over the phone and he seemed nice at first. Then, he tried to explain a scheduling change option and he had a very condescending, rude tone when he thought I did not understand what he was talking about although I understood it clearly. Then, the worker he sent to my home came at 10:15 when he promised to have the worker here between 8:00 and 9:00. Lastly, when Chris explained the scope of the project to me and the cost I told him that I wanted to wait (I wanted to price check other providers) and he became very negative over the phone. He complained childishly that his worker's day was ruined and when I reiterated that I needed to wait he simply replied, "whatever," and hung up the phone. He had poor customer service and a poor attitude. I have never had a service provider hang up on me before. Use someone else - they have better pricing too. DP McKinney Resident

You know when you have selected a company that gives top notch service when ever you call they always answer the phone. When ever you are expecting them they always give you a courtesy call to put you at ease. Also when we had a marginal issue with a repair that HPS had fixed, they were very responsive to find a solution that was acceptable. Our list of repairs & improvements was very extensive & the same day we inquired they made time for us knowing we were needing their estimate for our insurance. The next day we had their bid. We are so impressed with their responsiveness, professionalism, service & quality of work at very easy to understand rates. Thank you Home Pro!

I used the services of Chris Dandridge for various home repairs in my home on 3-4-09. He worked on 5 items and I have had to pay another repairman to come in and fix 3 of them. I went out of town the next day for 3 weeks and he said he would give me my change when I returned. I had intended to use him for more repairs. I contacted him on 4-16-09 and asked for a copy of my reciept and the change I was owed. I am returning the light he installed because he stripped the screw when he installed it. He said I'll call you back. A week later I called him again and it iritated him. He said he had mailed me the receipt. I finally got it and it was post marked the date of my second call. He also owed me 12.35 in change which i never received. It was only after I told him that I was going to post my remarks on his website that he called me back and asked to come out and fix things. He charged me 237.75 for labor for less than 3 hours. Beware and dont use this service.

I have tried my best to satisfy this customer although not much of what has been written is anywhere near the truth. She contradicts herself by stating "I intended to use for more repairs" Her receipt was mailed out same day as the day she first requested it. She owed me $1.37 although I have never made any issue over it...no big deal! The light was installed perfectly & there's been no complaints over a 30 day period, although I learn of her issues by this third party review. We installed a Garbage Disposal, Installed a vent-hood, Repaired two toilets, Installed a patio security light, installed a closet rod, made a trip to the home center to purchase all these items & install in 3 hours. When she called at around 4am to complain we had not called her back? She was so belligerent & slurring from one word to another it might have seemed as though we were irritated. We attempted to call her back latter that morning to address her concerns with no return call from our messages. Again learning of all these issues by this review. This probably is one of those ones we say "you can't satisfy everyone" If she has any legitimate, reasonable issues we stand behind our 5 star reputation and will resolve every issue anyone has bottom line if you will simply notify us by phone or by email. WE CARE!
Very timely & easy communication! We hired HomePro to do a long laundry list of make ready repairs to our home and it's so amazing the things they have the experience to repair, not to mention all skills & trades by the serviceman(Chris)that was assigned to our project. The quality & craftsmanship are flawless. Thanks again will use again!
