That is all I need to say really. They were fast and efficient. They are much cheaper than the dealer and also very honest. Highly recommend.

We have 2 1997 Hondas in our family that have a lot of problems and Honda-a-techs knows just what to do every time to fix them and usually will get it done in a day! Prices are reasonable and we even bought a car here for a great price! Don't take your Honda anywhere else!

Love this place! Cannot say enough about the excellent customer service and super knowledgeable staff. Car repairs are not fun and rarely an expected expense but I always know they are available to help and they always explain what's necessary and what is not. Trust is a big deal and you can trust these guys. Would not go anywhere else! Check out their awards!!

I got my brakes done today and Bill and all of the other guys at the shop were awesome. Everything was explained to me and the time and service was AWESOME. I really appreciated that my time and understanding of what was going on with my car was top priority with Bill and his Team. Thanks a lot for taking care of me and my 06 Accord. And for having GREAT PRICES!!! I didn't leave feeling like I had just been robbed like when I visit the dealerships. NO MORE DEALERSHIPS THANKS FOR A GREAT JOB. :) CherylJ

THIS IS A FAKE REVIEW OF MY BUSINESS.WE HAVE NOT HAD A 98CIVIC AC REPAIR GO BAD.KUDZU IS LOOKING INTO THIS BOGUS POST
BIll, the owner, was very courteous and personal with me over the phone and in person. He's the one answering the phone and the one walking you through all the services when you are there. There's something to be said for an owner who takes the time to do that with every customer. I had been shopping around between several private shops to have a major service done on my Acura TL. Not only were his prices the best in town (by far!) he took the time to tell me about his shop and how skilled his service techs were before I got off the phone. None of the other shops I called took the time to inform me of their business like he did. Bill was also able to work with me on selecting specific services to do on my car instead of just bulking everything together. He kept me up to date on the progress of my car through phone calls, even though it only took one day. When I went to pick it up, he explained all the services performed, what he found, and what he recommended I do as far as future service (and not in a pushy or gimmicky way at all). I was completely satisfied and can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I have had with servicing ANY vehicle I have owned. It's refreshing to deal with an honest and polite shop such as Hond-A-Techs. Highly recommended!!!

Had a mechanic I trusted in Norcross. When we moved to Duluth I needed a new trans for my 2001 Accord.A friend recommended Hond-A-Tech because my other mechanic didn't do trans work. Bill took care of me and I have been using him ever since for our3 Hondas. Best prices, good work, and people you can trust. Have a car in for anew starter right now and I did not hesitate to go to Hond-A-Tech.

I have been taking my 99 honda accord to hond-a-techs for the past four years. I was there on 6/12/12 for some regular maintenance work. I feel great after getting any service or repair work done here. I do not feel taken advantage of, that I paid too much money and, I know that my car has been taken care of with great quality work. Thank you hond-a-techs!

Took my 2003 Honda Element here, after the Duluth dealership told me I needed $3000 in repairs. That didn't ring true; turned out being about a $350 repair! Thanks for your good work and honesty!

My '99 Accord is going on 217K miles. Bill has replaced a wheel bearing, my clutch, my battery harness, serviced my breaks, my axles and has kept my engine running smoothly. It runs as smooth as the day I bought it. If there is something wrong, he has no problem walking you underneath your car and showing you. Bill is always honest, and if there is a lot of work needed, he will help you break it down in an hierarchy of urgency so that you can fix everything as you can. Every time I have compared prices with other shops (something I no longer find necessary), Bill has always had the best price by a large margin and he uses genuine Honda parts. If you drive a Honda or an Acura, search no more for your life long mechanic. You won't find anyone better.

Recommended by my aunt, I've been seeing Bill ever since I was given my first car in 2006. My mom, sister, aunt, and uncles (practically the whole family) go to see Bill and his team when they need their Honda/Acura repairs and maintenance. As long as I've known, it's always been "Take it to Bill". These guys are informative, friendly, and honest, and their work is excellent. I always feel great about my "dinky" tin car after it's been taken care of by them - they make my car feel new again! I highly recommend them to anyone who owns a Honda or Acura.

I have been going to the guys at Hond A Tech for almost 14 years now. I had a 98 Civic that had over 270,000 miles and only died because a tree went through the back window during a storm and tore the car up. However, it was running fine before that happened. The 2002 Civic has almost 280,000 miles on it and I give all the credit to the guys at Hond A Tech. I hope they don't retire before I do because I don't know where else I could go to get the great service I have gotten from them.
