So we got internet quotes and Carland gave us the lowest quote. Walked in there, the quote changed - they added a few items that were on the car (LoJack and a protection package). Of course they can not take it out of the car, so you have to pay for it, even if you do not want it. They should have included it in the initial quote. Anyways after lot of haggling and 4 hours to process all paperwork, ultimately paid about $500 more than the next lowest quote that I had gotten and got the car. Good thing - the car I bought has not given us any issues. Still to try their service... so this review is more on Car buying experience.

The Service Department really went beyond the "Call of Duty" for me at Honda Carland. I would recommend this dealership for their GREAT JOB in Service and Customer Service. They are #1 in my book. Just like to say a BIG THANKS to - Phillipe Ackerman, Alan Watson, Troy Bryant, Nate Slocum,Kris Flansburg, Cathy Savage.

Purchased my Honda at Honda Carland and had a great experience. Took car in for 30,000 mile checkup and it was HORRIBLE. They called and told me several things needed replaced/repaired and it would be $1225. I was adding these figures as he was giving them to me and the figure was $1221. and when I told him he added wrong, "he said I am sure there will be a bulb or something to use the $4. RED FLAG went up immediately. I Okayed the $1221. and then called Ed Voyles Honda to check on the price of the most expensive item. Sure enough they had overcharged me by $57. did not make Voyles give me the rest of the charges but I suspect what it would be. After several calls back to Carland they gave me a discount of $130. really an adjustment to their over pricing is the way I look at it. I was exhausted when I was finished with all this. Don't have time to check them for the best price. WILL NOT GO BACK!!!!

We got our 30,000 mile service done at 27,000 miles because they recommended it because it would be 32,000 miles when we brought in in again. When we came in at 32,000 miles,they did the 30,000 mile service again without authorization and charged us for it. It's several hundred dollars...not cheap. We compained but they insisted that it was only done once. We have the receipts to show it.

I had a previous car repaired by Honda Carland and was happy with that repair. The repair was to take 4 days, but they finished in 3, first yellow flag. When I went to pick it up as I was walking up to the car the door looked wrong. Upon closer inspection they had mis-sprayed the lower part of the door and got over spray on the splash guard. I could not leave the car at that time for them to fix it, but they wanted full payment for a bad job. I offered them half until they fixed it. They then insist they want to spray more of the car to fix this, which I disagree with. Cleary if I saw the problem as I approached the car they should have seen it before saying it was done. Additionally they cleaned the inside of the car with some chemical that now days later the inside of the car smells like the inside of the body shop. After the second attempt the car looks good, but there is some film of what appears to be some mild overspray or residue on some of the glass. Also since they removed the door it now rattles by the speaker and they basically are blowing me off telling me to go to dealer to fix the rattle. They clearly have poor quality control and lousy attitude.

My brother and I both bought our first Hondas from Honda Carland and were excited about our purchases. How wrong can you go with a Honda? We were satisfied with our cars and used the service department for about 10 years. I think over the course of the 10 years I had the same service representative twice. My brother was unsatisfied with his service so he took his car else where. I didn't have any problems so I continued going to Honda Carland. Recently some bulbs in my dashboard burnt out and the representatives told me the repair would cost $800 for the amount of work they would have to do. Unfortunately, I got in accident and needed my bumper repaired and went to a near by repair shop. After the work was completed for the bumper I asked for an estimate on the lights on my dashboard. With no hesitation, they took my car back and fixed the problem for the cost of the light bulbs. $26!!! All I can say is DO NOT GO TO HONDA CARLAND. I am not one to write bad reviews but I could not be more disappointed in a dealership repair shop. I guarantee you I will never go there again. For the record, they saw my brother's review and offered to buy back his service for $250. He called his current dealership without telling them of the deal and they already offered him a lower price and detailed his car.

I bought a used car from here, and literally less than 3 weeks later discover that there is a crack in the engine block and it needs a new transmission. Repairs costing more than the car is actually worth. After calling to see if they could do anything, not asking for full refund here, maybe discount on repairs, trade-in for new car, anything at all just to show that they care, they literally said "I think you know that we aren't going to do anything for you" Complete waste of time and money. I wouldn't touch this dealership with a mile long stick if I were you.

I've had two vehicles repaired at Honda Carland, my Mazda Millenia and my GMC Suburban. The repair work was outstanding. Both vehicles looked like new when the work was completed. I highly recommend them for any autobody repair work.

I had been a carland long time customer until today. I thought they would have more consideration since I have been servicing my cars consistently for the past 9 years.. I also bought a demo vehicle 3 years ago without any problems.. Last month I bought a used car and turned out to have a noise around the engine.. I thought the 90 day warranty I had would help me with this.. I took it to the service department and they said that they couldn't hear anything even though the service advisor told me he could hear it. I then took it to another dealership and they found it was a faulty water pump. I proceeded to take back to this place and they still refuse to do anything; this time they said that it was not an abnormal noise so there was nothing to repair.. These people are liers and they lost my business for good.. They should win the Honda President's award for lying.. stay away from this place.

Overall, I have had a very positive experience with Honda Carland's Service Department. Most of the advisors are helpful, honest about the prices and willing to keep the customer well-informed. The glaring exceptions to that statement are the times I worked with a Service Advisor named Kathy. I felt very under/mis-informed about the repairs overall (cost, what they could/couldn't do etc). I would recommend this shop to friends, just pick your advisor carefully.

Today was the worst car shopping experience I have ever had. The salesman was very rude and condescending to me when I told him that I was struggling with their high prices. I wasn't sure why their prices were so much higher than other small dealerships. He basically indicated that I could take my business elsewhere so I told him he was rude and walked away. He proceeded to follow me to my car yelling about how he could "show me rude". HORRIBLE...really, how can a middle aged man yell at a young female customer and think that is okay???
