Honda Mall of Georgia

I bought a car from this dealership in August. I was satisfied until I went to see the finance department. They offered me a horrible rate given my credit score. Get financing through your own bank. They also tried to talk me into the extented warranty and other misc. items that would have added thousands. Do not buy a warrantyif you don't believe me check Clark Howard. They talked me into buying GAP insuranceBAD idea. After research I decided to return to the dealership 2 days later to cancel. They ensured me it would be, and $750 would be credited back. Of course 30 days later the GAP insurance is still in effect and I had to call and cancel it again. Avoid finance dept and you will fare better than me.

My wife and I have several Honda's. We have usually used this service department for repairs only, but the service staff has improved recently so we are doing all of our service work here. We enjoy the all day shuttle to the Mall of Georgia while our Honda's are serviced. We noticed the staff talks to each other with radios for mall shuttles, pulling customer cars up, e.t.c-very organized.

Went into the dealership originally with my wife to rent a vehicle; while I was there I saw the new Honda CR-Z and liked what I saw. After which I wanted to obtain a brochure from the receptionist and that is where the fun began.

I want to the receptionist/information desk, where the lady stationed there was on the phone. So, I waited. And waited. And Waited. And WAITED. And Waited? And Waited.

All the while, it seemed all the world like the lady was on a personal call; yapping away about this and that, occasionally glancing up at me, but still talking, NEVER making any motions or even eye movement that she was aware of my presence.

In my disbelief, I then decided to make my presence more(!) aparrent, so I basically locked my eyes right on her mouth as it continued to blab on and on and on and . until finally she said "Well, let me go -- I AM at work, ha, ha" and then hung up.

THEN SHE SHUFFLED SOME PAPERS AND CALLED AN EMPLOYEE OVER THE INTERCOM before F-I-N-A-L-L-Y asking me if she could help me!!!

The internet staff was nice and accommodating. They tried their best to make a deal for us but the manager did not want to deal over the phone.

Brian fast-talked me into buying a car I did not want in a color I did not want, with every extended warranty I did not want or need. Talk about sleazy, they do this every day, and I do not buy a car every day. They literally lied to me, but I did not realize it at the time.

Being an intelligent and educated professional, and a woman, I could not believe how I fell for their bull, but I did and now I am stuck. I would like to sue them but they are totally protected, never go in there as a woman alone, no matter how high powered your job, they will rip you off like they did me.

I am unhappy and humiliated.
