I Bought my Honda from them a year ago and-since it IS a Honda-have pretty much only been in for oil changes and warranty stuff. I appreciate that they provide shuttle service to drop you off AND pick you up. Lot's of dealers are skimping on that now. Oh, and 1 year later, I am still getting messages from the manager asking if there is anything they can do for me. So far, so good! The only thing that I did not like was at one point an oil change was $59.95! So I went somewhere else and came back when the prices came back down to earth!

I have never been so impressed with an auto repair. I called at 8A on a Monday morning with a car that was "limping". The car had to be forced out of park and the windows didn't go up. They were able to get me an appt. for that morning. We pulled up and immediately someone was helping to check us in. They told us the car would be finished by 1:30 that afternoon, just 3 hours later. In my mind I thought, "yea right". At 1:35 Daniel called me saying all was finished, all was covered under warranty. The courtesy car came to pick me up, the driver was able to leave to pick me up the minute I called to ask. We had a plesant drive back to the dealership. As we pulled in they pulled our car up. I walked into the cashiers just as Daniel was walking out with our completed paperwork. He briefly explained what they did and I was out the door-not five minutes after the car dropped me off. They even washed the car for us. I would HIGHLY recommend Honda Mission Valley!

I had been coming into the showroom for about a year while I brought people to court for my old car. Test drove and priced quite a few times. VERY PATIENT!! They totally earned my business. I recommend anyone to go see the gang at Honda Mission Valley. Ask for Dax, although every sales person was nice. Bought a 2007 Honda Accord Coupe and Dax found the color I wanted at another dealership and got it to me in one day!!

I just bought my new car here and I had a great experience! I used my Costco card to get the bottom price--no haggling! My salesman felt almost like a friend to me, not some pushy guy angling for a commission. They were very helpful from beginning to end, and made sure I came back at a later time so they could show me how to use my navigation system. I haven't gone in for service yet, so I will update my review then.
