Honda of Pasadena

I very rarely take the time to write a review, but after purchasing my 2012 Honda Accord at Honda of Pasadena from salesman Brycen Deters I felt the need to share my experience. This is my third time owning a Honda but first time purchasing from Honda of Pasadena, and I will never go to another dealership/salesman again. Brycen was very attentive and seemed to genuinely care about my best interest. At no point did I feel like I was receiving some moronic sales pitch. The dealership was clean and I couldn't have asked for a better salesman.

If you want to have your Honda serviced right and professionally, go to Pasadena Honda on Foothill. I'm sure all the advisers are good, but Mike Lohgren is as good and professional as you are going to find. He is honest and never tries to sell anything I don't need. He's real good about calling me if there is going to be any delay or if there is something we needs to talk over. He's a professional-something we don't always find in various businesses. Next time, take your Honda to Pasadena and ask for Mike Lohgren specifically---you can't go wrong.

on july 3, 2008, i bought a 2008 civic sedan ex through the costco automotive program with this dealership. the salesperson, eddy lin, was extremely kind and courteous before AND after the purchase was made. there was never a moment of being pressured into buying the car. i even received a follow-up call about 5 days after buying the car. now, that's great service.\r\ri'll certainly come back to honda of pasadena when i'm ready for another car and i will recommend people to this dealership.
