Honda of Superstition Springs

Had an issue with a vehicle we bought from Honda of Superstition springs, contacted Kenny Gess several times, he failed to follow up on the issue and failed to try and resolve the issue. I called Kenny Gess and asked if his manager was able to resolve the issue and Kenny responded rudely and hung up on me before I could say another word. Total lack of customer service and just down right disrespectful. Called GM of dealership and left several messages, he also failed to return my calls or try to resolve the issue, once these people get your money you turn into a nobody. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

They were able to make me a new key for My Honda Civic in less then 2 minutes. It was also cheaper than ANY place I had called. Thank you Honda.

I never have a problem getting my car in for service, they are always on time and reasonaby priced.

Superstition Springs Honda 6229E Auto Park Dr. Mesa Az.

I won an Online auction for a SUV Isuzu Trooper and then the dealership did not honor my winning bid because they had a secrete reserve price that nobody was aware of. The starting price they sat was 1500.00 and the winning price was 1950.00 The dealership called to say that I won the SUV but within a hour later a manager called me and told me NO we have a reserve on it so I did not win. I ask why did you start the bidding out at 1500.00 and I could not get an answer from the manger. How dishonest is that. Please reconsider any dealings with this dealership because they are out to turn a fast buck at your expense. Dealer Fraud, Bait and switch, what every you call it.. I usually don't go to dealerships for service. However, the prices here are fair and they don't try to fix stuff that works fine. No pressure on elective repairs either. I would recommend to another.
