Highly recommend
I've been taking both my Hondas to Bill at Hond-a-Tech for many years. I highly recommend. I have never met a more honest mechanic and genuinely good person. Example: My stereo was stolen out of my Civic at the mall one afternoon. He noticed it missing during a routine service -- he gave me one he had sitting around, for free! And installed it! I wouldn't go anywhere else and hope he never moves away.

If I only lived closer to Duluth!
I was looking at purchasing a used car in the Duluth area and took it to Hond-a-Techs for an inspection. These guys were a wealth of knowledge. It isn't everyday I am in the market to buy a car, but they put me at ease. They gave me the knowledge and made me feel comfortable negotiating the price. I just wish I lived closer to Duluth to make regular use of their services.

Great Service
Took son's car in with transmission problems. They had to work very hard to finalize the repairs and they did a wonderful job. My son has used them in the past and has been very pleased . Very happy with the customer service and believe the quality of work to be outstanding. Highly recommend.

Absolutely reliable
Hond-a-techs (Bill and Jake) are absolutely reliable. I have used them for the last 8-10 years. Bill is one of the few mechanics I've ever met who charged me LESS than what he initially quoted. He did some work, discovered that something didn't need to be done yet, so he didn't do it and I didn't get charged for it. They've done many jobs for me on multiple cars including transmission replacements using genuine Honda transmissions. I've sent at least half a dozen friends there and they have all had a good experience. They have an engine on a stand in the front and they will show you the parts on your engine they are working on if you have questions. Honest. Reliable. Great. Seriously the best place to take your Honda/Acura.

Timing Belt Replacement
Brought my 2006 Honda Accord for a timing belt replacement. After talking to multiple repair places, including Honda dealers, I was able to save $175. This was my first exposure to Hondatech. The owner was straightforward and honest. The place is barebone repair place with limited amenities but it suited me fine. Dropped the car off and picked it up later. I've driven the car for ~2K miles without any issues. Would recommend the place again.
