I have been using this clinic for over 20 years. The care and attention that my animals and I have received from the staff is exemplary. When my beloved old dog had cancer, they went above and beyond to make us both as comfortable as we could be. They have worked with me on my new dog, who is /not/ exactly loveable outside the family until he no longer needs to wear a muzzle at the vet. I am amazed at the low ratings given by others. I assume they caught the clinic on a bad day. I have brought a total of 7 dogs, a guinea pig, and a bird (and got some advice on an iguana, though they don't do herps)to them over the years, and am totally satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone!

Please for the love of your pet, DON'T USE THIS CLINIC!!! My healthy Chihuahua went in for a routine dental procedure, they ended up keeping her overnight due to overdosing her w/ anastesia, then failed to call me the following morning to update me on her condition (after I requested them to do such). a few days later she began to loose hair and skin in mass quantities on her side. found out this was due to a serious burn. the heating pad they had in her cage overnight (they told me to NEVER put a dog on a heating pad well DUH!!!) was turned up to high. she now has permenant scaring and hair loss! Not to mention, they continued to send notifications that it was time for vacine shots for a dog that had to be put-down months earlier at there clinic! I've been double billed by them I could go on and on, but I hope you get the picture! Save yourself the heart ache search for a better clinic....

I have found their treatment of pets and their owners to be negigable. I would not refer anyone to them.

When trying out different vet clinics for that new family member, a safe and secure feeling is needed. Although the clinic staff seems to make the new-comers feel at ease, the doctor did not complete the safe feeling thus concerns may not be all met and the new-comer doesn't even know.
