Best Home Inspection Ever!
Housecall Property Inspections is terrific and SO easy to work with. They really care about their clients and it is more than just a job for them. They do all they can to give the best and most thorough inspection. I am so happy that I decided to use them for my inspection. They also have very competitive pricing which is a huge plus!

Above all expectations. Very good service.
Darin was very calm, good at his job and thorough in inspection. He was on time and spent enough time till he was satisfied with his inspection. He clearly indicated the problems and explain the reason technically along with the timeline of fix. His report was as clear as his inspections. He stayed with us to answer all our questions and explained important fixes to be done before closing. With his support we were able to negotiate well before our closing. He is someone who is available even after you pay for his services. Would definitely recommend and use his services again and again.

Above and Beyond!
I shopped around for an inspector and am so very very very happy we went with Housecall. Darin went above and beyond and spent 6 hours going over everything. He was extremely thorough and very knowledgeable. He patiently answered all of our questions and even gave us advice on certain remodeling ideas we have. He was incredibly kind, patient and never seemed rushed even went the inspection went longer than expected. He was even comfortable with my fiancee shadowing him so he could get a through understanding of what needed to be done. Explaining everything probably took a lot longer - but he was so great about it. Highly recommend Housecall - and will certainly refer and use him in the future.

Awesome!
Darin was so thorough in his inspection of our new home. He is so knowledable in construction and really gave us good advice. We would highly recomend him to anyone.

Thanks for the review. Glad you found our new home warranty inspection service helpful. We are not making any friends in the builder community that's for sure! Our focus instead is helping our clients save money by finding any problems in a new home prior to the builder warranty expiring.
