I usually go there for a Christmas lunch to enjoy the decorations in the house. The menu is fancy but limited and slightly pricey, so you'd want to use this as a special occasion and not as a regular outing.

My son got married there at brunch time to try to conserve on cost. There was not enough food or champagne and no provision was made for the family members to get food or cake. We were tied up in the reception line and missed all the food and cake. Also, the flowers that were in the vases had murky water in them and the hanging baskets had dead frond on them. For such a historic and supposedly high fashion place to get married, it was a disappointment in details.
