I bought a special deal recently for Howards Window Cleaning and I was scared at first because of these reviews I had read but I did it anyway. I am so glad I did! The work was above standard and the crew was very professional. I am not sure what happened in 2011 but this company really has done a 360 in my opinion. I urge everyone to give them a shot now because they are great.

The crew that came out to clean my windows was very professional and worked together like clockwork. I would definitely use this company again in the future.

Poor service would actually means they showed up. Just as many other customers have stated they don't show up, don't call AND don't answer the phone. I sent a text message this morning and was told I am on the scheuld tomorrow.

I purchased a Great Deal from this company for a $79 window cleaning deal. I began contacting this company in September (before expiration of the voucher)to schedule an appointment for services. Initially, I was told by a representative that answered the phone that the owner had been in the hospital and would contact me at a later date to schedule an appointment. After a couple of weeks with no correspondence, I reached out to this company again. I was able to reach someone named "Kenny", whom identified himself as the company owner. Kenny advised me that since he had been in the hospital he would still honor my deal. Since that time, I have had THREE apppointments for which Kenny has either cancelled at the last minute or simply not shown up. The most recent occurence was this past Saturday, 11/19, for which I received no call whatsoever from this company advising of a need to reschedule. I have been repeatedly inconvenienced as I have taken time from work and other personal obligations to accommodate these appointments that have not taken place. At this point, it is my belief that this company and deal are fraudulent. I am QUITE disappointed in Kudzu for promoting this business.

Called two times and finally talk to someone. Made an appointment and they never showed up. I called three times that day and they never responded. Still not sure if they are a viable business !!!! Stay way from these clowns....

I called multiple times to setup an appointment, left voice messages, etc. but never received a call back for 3-4 weeks. I was finally able to get a hold of them on the phone one day, and setup an appointment. A couple of days later, I received a call from another person from the same company for setting up an appointment. I told that it was already set, but they could not find any records. So, I setup another appointment for another date. The day came and went, and nobody showed up; no calls, no contact. I was finally fed up, and contacted Kudzu and requested for a refund. Stay away from this company; horrible customer service!

I purchased a voucher from Mamapedia in February intending to use the service for a fall party. I called today and listened to a voice mail that said the company was "closed for the season" and would not reopen until February. However, they were still available for their commercial customers. In other words, forget it if you bought a voucher from Mamapedia, Kudzu, etc.

Purchased the 20 windows for $79. Took a day off work & waited all day. No one showed or called. After repeated calls, I learned Kenny had been in the hospital. He assured me he'd send a crew out. It took several more calls before they finally showed. I paid for extra windows and even tipped the cleaners. The following day, the sun showed that 2 windows (ones I cannot reach and requiring a tall ladder) had been missed. Several screens I can't reach were replaced upside down. Kenny assured me they'd come back. Of course, no one did. I received a return voice mail from Kenny. He left a message saying they'd be in my area & would clean the windows if I called within 15 minutes. I had been at work & got the message several hours later. I have heard nothing more from them. I'm not wasting my time calling them again! Now I'm afraid to take advantage of ANY Kudzu special "pay first" offers!

I bought the 20 windows for $79 back in July and they never did the work. First time they came out they didn't have a tall enough ladder. The following week they were no shows and called and said I had the wrong week. Then on the following week they were no shows again. I see from other reviews that they are out of business. Trying to get my money back now from Kudzu.

My husband purchased their "great deal" in June. BIG mistake. Like many others I found it impossible to get through to anyone or get a call back to book an appointment and when I finally did get a date, they were a no show, no phone call either. Many messages later I finally spoke to someone who said they were out of business. Just contact Kudzu for a refund. From reading their reviews this was the second time they ran their "deal". Okay the first time call it unprepared for the response maybe a little unprofessional, but to run the deal again knowing that you're not going to honor it; that's not a deal that's a scam. Kenny Howard -Thanks for wasting a lot of peoples time and tying up their money. Kudzu- Shame on you for hosting a deal with such an unprofessional company!
