Brought my older dog to Sprayberry Animal Hospital to check on some problems, which unfortunately turned out to be terminal cancer. The staff were professional and considerate in handling the final moments of my dog's life. Still have other pets that I wouldn't hesitate to bring here, as well as any future puppies that might make their way into my home.

Building is ratty and service is poor. The only reason I went was for Dr. Rosenthal, but she left the practice to start her own animal hospital in Roswell. Defiantly worth the extra couple of miles to get amazing professional service.

On top of the fact that every time I take my pet for grooming/boarding they somehow always try to add unauthorized charges. She is always up on her shots,so stop trying to add unnecessary charges.Last time i went to pick up my pet who just had a supposed bath,I stood there waiting to be acknowledged while two receptionists stood there ignoring me and had the nerve to try to help several people who walked in behind me minutes later. On top of that,I waited twenty minutes for my pet who was never even bathed.

I have family that has been going there for years and I decided to take my 2 dogs as well. Every freakin time I go to get my dogs nails trimmed, when I try to pay they all just stand there and ignore the fact that i am trying to prepay so when the dogs get done we don't have to fool with it. I even witnessed a mother who had a baby in a carrier and a toddler stand there untill it was convenient for the receptionist (who wasn't doing anything, except talking to the others)to take her money for her visit. I mean what kind of service is that? my father has also stopped coming in there because of the same attitude. Get a clue people..I will not be back EVER!!

We have used SAH since moving to East Cobb in 2000. Occasionally we have used others for boarding but none compare to the quality, value, and speed of service they provide here. Their front desk staff are very friendly and professional. Their Vets follow up with a next day call. Their prices are fair. Keep in mind that their boarding books up fast around the holidays.

We have three dogs, two rescues and a basset. We have been going to Sprayberry and seeing Dr. Fairchild (sometimes mothly...welcome to three dogs) for over a year now. The facility is just as has been desribed: clean, efficient, and friendly. Our two rescues have multiple issues, including one with aggression. Dr. Fairchild has been able to handle and treat our dogs no matter the issue. He comes in and examines our rescues on the floor. They have grown to trust and love him. Dr. Fairchild always takes time to explain everthing with us and always welcomes as many questions as you can throw at him. Having grown up in Cobb County, I have taken other dogs to different vets...but no more!

I went here for the first time today, after using other local vets for 20+ years. I arrived with my dog, filled out a simple form, and was placed in a room within 2 minutes. Less than a minute later, the vet came in, and got right down on the floor with our timid dog. She was super sweet, and put Andi at ease immediately. Long story short, I was in and out in less than 15 minutes, which you can't get from a "people-doctor!" I am so pleased to have found a place that is not only efficient, but also has a staff that clearly loves animals and is friendly and concerned. I'll be taking my Maine Coon there from now on too!

We've been bringing our adopted pug here for over a year and we're very pleased. There's never a problem getting an appt right away and for some things you can just walk in. We've seen several different vets at the practice, but the records are clear and thorough so they're all well informed of his history. They've worked with us on his longterm issues, and performed much-needed surgery (with a pug this carries additional risks.) The techs and front office staff are great too. Highly recommended.

My dog was not getting well through his former clinic. I was desperate to find a good clinic. I saw good things about this clinic on Kudzu and some friends also recommended them. I agree 100%. The staff is very nice. The clinic is very structured, organized, and calm compared to the previous clinic I used to take my dog to. Dr. Fairchild is an answered prayer. He gives undivided attention and he takes the time to answer all questions and "explain". And my dog is happy and healthy again thanks to him and his team.

We've been doing business here for over a year. It's our primary veterinary service provider. The staff here is very thorough. Dr. Fairchild knows how be a doctor. He has provided us with excellent service via thorough exams, thorough explanations, and repeated follow-ups to ensure problems are improving or have disappeared. He treats us with respect and exhibits GENUINE concern for the well-being of our puppies. He lives the saying: "People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care." I'm willing to bet that he would, if allowed, even make house calls. We've been pleased with the other doctors as well, especially Dr. Kumar. She is very knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and bright. We've had exams with a couple other doctors and they were each very pleasant, interested, and informed. The office staff is pleasant and friendly and always eager to see our puppies. The prices are quite reasonable. We are often given the "multi-dog discount" :-) At least that's what I call it! Pay them a visit and see if you agree with me. Tell 'em that Emma and Guinness sent ya!

When I got my new puppy I tried 4 other vets in search of the best. My puppy had a specific problem that non of the other vets diagnosed and I hed to keep searching. I went back to Sprayberry Animal Hospital (where I had originally been going) and they diagnosed and treated him correctly right away - finally! I will never go to another vet again. I have always had the greatest service there and you can tell the staff loves their patients.
