I live in Augusta and had this guy install a fiberglass unit in a home I own in Snellville. The deal was done over the phone. My mistake in trusting that this guy was honest and knew what he was doing. He installed a unit that's too small for the opening. Now I've got to have more work done to correct this yahoo's shotty work. Save yourself a headache and some money - go to a reputable plumber.

Dear WoodyD, We are confused by your review about the job done in early June. We ordered and installed the only size tub that would fit in the opening. We were extremely upfront and honest that there would additional work, sheetrock repair and wall covering after the tub was installed. Before we even started the project we explained that there would be additional work not included in our price and that this type of work would have to be contracted out, as our company does not even handle this type of work. Your son, who lives in the home, was shown the job upon completion and was told also the particular type of work that would need to be done to fully complete the project. After this, we called you to follow up and reminded you again about the additional measures needed to finish. You ASKED US FOR REFERRALS to complete the job since you had no contacts in this area and we happily provided some to you. We did not hear from you again until September, when you called screaming that the job was not done. I told you that I didn't understand what you meant and promised to go by the next day. I did go and then saw that you had not used a contractor to finish the job. I called you back to tell you again that an additional contractor was needed and that we had discussed this upfront and after. At this point you then yelled, cussed and threatened me. I listened as politely as possible for 20 minutes after which you then hung up before there was anything resolved. We are stunned by this because we provided the exact quality of work, at the exact price, in the exact time frame and were very honest, open and as helpful as we could possibly be. We are sorry that we could not do anything more for you. We always aim to respectful and reasonable to all.
We recently used Hubb Plumbing for our kitchen renovation. They were MUCH more affordable than the contractor our design company suggested. Bryan and the other men were all very professional and did a great job changing the plumbing for our sink and moving the plumbing for our washing machine. Thanks again guys!

Thanks for the compliment. We work hard to deliver a professional experience and fair pricing to the Snellville and Gwinnett communities. http://www.hubbplumbing.com
Hubb Plumbing installed a Rinnai tankless water heater at our house and it works great. The price was very reasonable and came in below the estimate. The removal of the old water heater and installation of the tankless was all finished in about half a day. I would strongly recommend Hubb Plumbing.
