I have been doing business Husley Environmental for years. Not only do they do the plumbing and septic for my home they also service the grease traps and Waste Vegetable Oil Collection for my Restaurant. I highly recommend them to all my friends.

I would completely recommend Hulsey Environmental for their restaurant services. We use them at our restaurant for their used cooking oil removal service. It is top notch, timely, clean, no spills at all.

Hulsey's prices on the grease removal service are very fair. We also receive a volume rebate from them once a month.

Also taking into consideration that Hulsey is recycling the waste vegetable oils, and creating renewable energy, it makes us feel like our restaurant is contributing to a better local environment.

We called Hulsey on a Fri afternoon for a broken pipe at one of our rental houses. The receptionist told us that the hourly fee would start when he got to the job and would be in addition to the trip fee.
After the job, we received a bill for the travel time as well as the other fees. I called to ask about this and was told that my question would be given to the man who handles the "disputes." I asked if this was a common enough occurrence to have a "Dispute Dept." and received a pause and that 'I would be called back.
The next day, I received a call from a completely different gentleman who told me that unless I paid the entire bill immediately, they were taking out a lien on my house! I asked to speak to Mr Hulsey and was told that it was like asking to speak to the owner of WalMart. I paid the bill and have told everyone in Gainesville to stay clear of this crooked outfit.

We had a backup in our septic system. Called Hulsey and they were at our house in about an hour and a half. They shoveled to the septic cover pumped the system. That still didn't solve our problem and they stayed around to clear the blockage at no extra charge. The blockage was at the top of the septic system. Very pleased with their prompt service and professionalism.

After I called to have them come out to asssest my problem and get a quote i was told by the secretary they would call back in the morning 4 days later they returned my call and said they would be there the following day at 3:00 pm and they never showed up and never called. i would not reccommend them at all they do not have very good people skills.
