STAY AWAY!!!! This is by far the worst dentist I've ever been to. A true nightmare! The staff is very rude. Jackie always talked to me extremely impolitely and always gave me attitude. Dr. Cerelli cancelled on me 3 times! 3 times! I really regret every stepping foot in this office. I ended up paying $2600 for a root canal, two crowns, and a filling. Not including the $4000 I now owe to the ER because I got a tooth infection from the root canal which was started and left unfinished which was supposed to be finished the following week but Dr. Cerelli ended up cancelling 3 times. I left several messages with the after hours calling service and each time they said they would have Dr. Cerelli call me back but not once did I get a call back so I went to the ER for a simple tooth infection which could've been prevented with the use of antibiotics. Please please please don't ever go to these people. They're not even BBB accredited. There's PLENTY of dentists everywhere else.

My husband fell and cracked two teeth. We made an appointment with this dentist office because it was one of very few in our area that accepted our dental insurance. Basically after paying for the exam and the Xrays we were told that there was nothing that they could do to help him due to his underbite. They claim they cannot put crowns on his teeth until he gets his 'bite' fixed which will require jaw surgery that they don't do. They wouldn't give an estimate for the crowns because it's not 'feasible' at the moment and wouldn't consider doing a root canal in the mean time to get my husband out of horrible pain from two exposed roots. The dentists here are lazy idiots. There were 3 people in the waiting room with broken temporaries. I don't think the dentist know what they are doing beside raking in $$ for half-a**ed work. Front desk and other staff is really nice though. Just don't expect your time with the dentist to be anything but rediculoius.
