Expertise you can trust
Hunter Home Inspections just completed a review of my home which I ordered prior to the expiration of my two year home warranty. I am so relieved that I had someone with such expertise at my home. David Hunter found several structural issues that need to be addressed as well as several minor issues that I never noticed and would not have until those items deteriorated from ineffective installation. I saw David working across the street last year and was impressed with the suggestions he made without even being hired. His knowledge stuck with me and that's why I called him 6 months later. Even after the inspection, he offered several suggestions on how the repairs should be handled and said I could call with any questions. It makes me feel so assured that I'm in good hands with someone looking out for me as I undergo these repairs. I highly recommend David and his years of experience for a home inspection that is thorough, takes the time to make sure you understand any issues and helps you figure out what is needed for the repairs.

Excellent Professional and Insightful Service
I could not be more pleased with the experience with Hunter Home Inspections. A++. I highly recommend. They are extremely professional with a vast knowledge about home repair. My inspector was very patient and willing to answer all of my questions without ever being condescending or rushed.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!
I was extremely impressed with the service I received from Hunter Home Inspections from the first phone call making the appointment to the report! He did an excellent job in identifying any problems or potential problems in the home. Beyond the actual inspection, there was customer service that exceeded my expectations. He answered all my questions clearly and gave extra advice concerning how to care for the areas of the home. He was very patient, as I am a first time home buyer. I appreciate the thoroughness of the report with the clear photos of each potential issue and the added comments describing all areas of the home. If I buy another home, I will most definitely use them again, and in the mean time tell all my friends about the great service I received. I highly recommend them!!

Pleasant to work with
We bought a brand new home. David Hunter did a great job on our home inspection. He inspected our house in late Sept this year. We moved-in in August and have not had any problems. Being first time home buyers he took the time to help us understand what he was doing, why it needed to be checked and how to deal with issues if they came up later.
David is a very nice person and obviously enjoys his work. The company offers a great recall service for all your appliances which notifies you if any recalls come in. That is free and for lifetime.
I will definitely use him again for our next house and recommend to anyone.

they were great, explained everything. they will even keep a file for me so if i ever need info they have it. will always recommend them.
