Used them and I hate every minute I decided to do business with them, cheap inferior products used, delayed starting of work and a heated rush for payment, they will ignore you when you call them about a problem hoping you go away, obvious racism in Ga., neglectful workmanship. Had a lead contractor show up high (was loud & obnoxious )and had his cousin that was drunk needing to be redirected to his specific assignment; he was belittling the Hispanic man with him making racists jokes about his racial identity. COO, Jeff is very argumentative and unprofessional. Very stressful ordeal, you won't want any of these shenanigans.

This project was completed in January of 2015. In February of 2016, a year later, we were called out to her home when she had concerns about the vinyl floor in her bathroom. She was concerned we did not install materials that were similar to what she had before and the product became too slippery when it was wet. After reviewing the file and investigation the claim we were able to show the homeowner that the materials used were the same specifications as what she had previously and we showed her documentation that the product was safe to use in a bathroom, but would need a bath mat to catch the water when exiting the shower. On June 22, 2017, 2 years and 7 months after the completion of her project, we received a call from the homeowner with concerns that we did not install the floor properly. After receiving the call we sent our National Wood Flooring Association (NWFA) Certified Inspector out to inspect the job. After an inspection we found there was one area where a large weight had been dropped damaging the floor. The homeowner had attempted to repair the floor themselves, but was unable. There was another area in front of the fridge where a heavy item had fallen to the ground leaving a mark. We informed the homeowner that these issues were not due to improper installation and could not be warrantied. Regarding the transitions that were installed at the home. The manufacturer guidelines for the product require transition strips be installed in certain areas. We showed the homeowner the documentation proving this. Had we not followed these guidelines the floor would not be installed properly. The transitions installed were installed according to industry standards and would not pose a significant tripping hazard. Regarding the claims of drug use, alcohol use, and racism. Ideal Development Concepts has been in business for over 20 years. We perform over 1500 claims a year and background check every employee on the job site. I can assure you that none of our employees were drunk or this on the jobsite. Additionally this concern was not brought up until the meeting 2 years and 7 months after we completed the job. In reference to the accused racism, as stated before IDC does over 1500 claims a year with people of all backgrounds. We are an equal opportunity employer, employing people from all backgrounds. The homeowner has no evidence she was treated in a racist manner, however IDC will apologize for any disrespect that may have been perceived as it was not our intention.
I was very impressed with Ideal Development Concepts with how they had handled my claim. They were very professional and provided quality work. I would strongly recommend them if you ever have a claim.

They Exceeded all my expectations ! My furniture was moved with no breakage and they even helped me arrange things gladly. They even cleaned the windows and wood shutters in my kitchen. Every IDC employee in my home was so polite and competent!

Do not use this company. My insurance company hired them to repair water damage in January 2014. They finally completed the work in September. They never showed up when promised, never met deadlines and lied to me consistently. The contractor they hired quit without doing any work on my house. I had to call repeatedly to find out what was going on. A company VP offered to repair tile in my bathroom in order to keep me from firing them. I agreed only to be have the service never rendered. The VP quit the company before the work was done, and I was told they would not deliver since the VP no longer worked for them. Then after taking 9 months and not completing the portions covered in my claim, they called me asking to me to pay. Worst experience ever...Do not use these people. They lie to you and do care about customers.

a tragic circumstance happened to me and my family as our home was destroted by fire.IDC came to our rescue and saved many sentimentle items and completly reconstructed our home back to better than new quality. great communication and top quality service. I strongly recomend this company for anyone who has a chaoyic problem to their home. Thank you IDC.

I just had one of the worst experiences of my life turn into one of the best customer service experiences of my life! My washing machine hose broke on the 3rd level of my home while my wife and I were at work! When we got home, the upstairs was in the downstairs! After we called our insurance company, they recommended Ideal Development Concepts from the Blue Ribbon program my insurance company offers. From the moment the mitigation guys showed up I felt totally taken care of. Those guys were very professional and surprisingly careful! When we met the estimator, he was very polite and he actually cared about our problem and wanted to genuinely take care of us. He was also very knowledgeable about what would need to be done. We then met our project manager a couple of days later and that's when the miracle really began. Our home was back to normal in less than 2 weeks from the date of our loss! I could not believe it! I'd never wish a water loss like ours on anyone but if it does happen to you, DEFINITELY call I.D.C.! Thanks I.D.C., You're the BEST in my book!

I recently had an insurance claim and my insurer recommended that I use their preferred contractor program. I was a bit hesitant but I agreed. When IDC showed up, I was very impressed with their estimator as he really knew what he was talking about. He was VERY informative! Two days later when I met the project manager, I found that he was also very knowledgeable. I felt completely comfortable. I had the best experience when I met the PM at their showroom in Suwanee. That place is AMAZING! I was able to see, feel and pick out my wood flooring and kitchen cabinets there. I even picked out my cabinet hardware. A short time later, all of my repairs were completed! IDC is very impressive! I would recommend them to anyone. If you ever have a claim, ask your insurance company to assign IDC to handle your damages. IDC will make you feel comfortable and will have your repairs done quickly and beautifully! Kudos to them! Thank you IDC! I had flooding in my basement and these guys did a great job getting everything out and cleaned up. My basement looks good as new now and you can't even tell there was damage. I would recommend and use them again. I think the key to these kind of problems is good communication and my project manager walked me through everything step by step. I just hope I don't need to use them again for this kind of problem.

I am surprised to read these other reviews, I have used this company to rennovate my kitchen that had major damages and they did an awesome job! They were very timely and very communicative. I WOULD recommend this company and I suggest you see for yourself! You won't be disappointed.

This is by far the most unprofessional company I have EVER dealt with. They lure you in with a fašade of professionalism, but once you've signed on the dotted line their true colors shine through. Untimely responses, broken promises, POOR craftsmanship, dirty subcontractors who display no respect for your home...what a disgrace.

We had a very bad experience recently with this company. I was extremely disappointed in their lack of communication and professionalism. The workmanship and pricing was average, but it was the way we treated by the lead contractor and even the CEO that made me regret my decision. There are plenty of other companies out there, I would HIGHLY recommend against doing business with this one.
