I had spoken with susanne originally about an issue I was having with my door not opening. I was so worried that the opener was going to have to be replaced and I would be out a good bit of money, however when nathan arrived he told me I had 2 options. An inexpensive repair that would get it going for about another year or replacing the entire opener. I felt confident I could trust him with the repair and decided to go with that. Opener is now working and it barely cost me anything. Glad I had someone come with options and not just try to sell me on something I didnt absolutely need.

The service to our garage door was fine, but the trailer on the service man's truck nudged the gate in our driveway leaving a mark and causing it to not open or close. We had to call the gate company to come fix it. When confronted they said that they did not think they hit it and never offered to help pay for cost to fix. Service to garage door was fine, but be careful if you have a gate.

Nathan did not say that he did not think he hit the gate. He was very aware of the gate, he got out of his truck prior to leaving and move some toys that where in the drive way so he could make sure he had enough clearance before he left. He did not hit the gate if he had he would have paid to have it repaired.
It was 6pm on a Friday night and I had a spring break trapping my car inside of my garage. I called and spoke with Susanne. She said she would have Nathan at my house in an hour. Nathan came out and replaced my springs and got my trapped car out. I will use them again later this year when I will replace my old wood door.

We contacted IDC to install a new garage motor. Nate came quickly, installed the replacement motor and took payment in left. We experienced problems with the door going up and not coming down. Called the office and was initially told they just got back from vacation and could not get to us; next I was given options to try over the phone followed by an appointment set up for April 9th. They no showed and did not call.

The office was closed from a Friday to Sunday reopening on that Monday. Susanne had three messages from them saying the motor was reversing when they tried to close it. She called and tried to talk with Mr. May's wife since she had been the one to leave the messages over the weekend. Susanne told her she could put her on the schedule for Nathan to come out on the 9th to see what was going on. Since that was a few days away Susanne told her she could walk her through a few things over the phone that could be causing the motor to reverse, since it is normally a very easy fix. But Mrs. May did not want to do that, so Susanne put her on the schedule for the 9th. Mrs. May then called her the next day to say Nathan needed to come out right away, which Susanne told her that if she had any cancellations she would call her and offered again to walk her through some easy fixes for the issue which she still did not want to do. Susanne then had an earlier time come open and called and left a message on their answering machine to see if the day and time would work. The next day Mr. May called and want to know why Nathan could not come out earlier to which Susanne told him she had left a message did he not get it. Mr May said he did not know why he did not get it but he did say that Susanne could walk him through a few things that could be causing the issue to see if it was an easy fix. After he and Susanne spoke he was able to fix the issue, he had some boxes near the safety eyes and it was causing the motor to think something was under the door so it would not let the door close. Susanne told him since it was fixed and now working she would cancel the appointment for the 9th and if anything changed to give her a call. She never heard another thing from him till this review.
We took advantage of the 89.00 tune up special. We had a garage door that would not close properly due to a number of small issues. Nathan did an awesome job making the door operate like new. We would definitely recommend him!

Nathan and his team delivered high quality garage doors for a very good price. I bid to 3 companies and IDC had the best value. they showed up on time and completed the work quickly. Doors look great.

Don't even waste your time calling another company. This one is totally trustworthy. The first company I called tried to tell me how outdated my 11 year old doors were and wanted to charge me $2000 for new doors, motors, etc. IDC identified exactly what I needed during the initial call (Suzanne is awesome!) and Nathan (also awesome!) had my door repaired the same day. I wish all vendors were this pleasant and honest!

My garage door suddenly broke one night so I did some research and based on the reviews decided to call IDC. I called them at 7:30 the next morning, and long story short, they were able to squeeze me in and by noon my garage door was working better than new. Nathan quickly saw and explained to me the various issues. He offered a couple of solutions and the costs, and in the end I decided to install a brand new opener rather than fix the 24 year old unit. He also installed a safety feature in the other door, and now I know what to look for to hopefully prevent another breakdown and costly repair. I was very pleased with the customer service; from the first phone call to the onsite visit, I feel I can depend on IDC and am happy to recommend them.

After waiting several days for another company to come on Fri,just to receive a text they couldn't make it on Fri, we called IDC based on reviews here. We got a call back within minutes and then Nathan called not long after. He told us what he thought the problem was and told us what the repair would cost. He came within hours and fixed the door as quoted. Great customer service.

I had a noisy garage door and called IDC for a tune up ($89.00 special). From the first call to the actual visit they were great. The office kept me informed on the tech's ETA and the tech explained what was going on with my doors and did a quick fix at no charge. Awesome service, expertise and experience.

IDC had replaced both of our garage doors just a few months before our teenage niece backed into the corner of the garage. Once the garage was repaired, we called IDC to check that the garage door was operating as it should and sealed properly. They came out quickly (even though this was a small job) and made one small adjustment! They are very professional and have great customer service. Highly recommended!

Very pleased with IDC. They did a great job. I used them on a rental house we have in Hiram a few months back. There was a broken spring.Suzanne was very informative over the phone and Nathan was quick and efficient. I was really pleased with their service. Honest, fairly priced, and very friendly! I would recommend them.

One of my garage door panels was damaged by the previous homeowner. I decided to get the damage repaired after I became concerned the bent panel was causing further damage to the rest of the garage door mechanism. I called IDC and the receptionist tried to identify my garage door panel over the phone. Nathan came out the next day and discovered the panel he brought was different from the sticker on my door. He evaluated my damaged panel and felt the damage was merely cosmetic. He will be the first one I call if I have a garage door issue in the future.

My garage door had a spring that broke. I couldn't open the door to get my car out! Nathan from IDC Garage Door was kind enough to "fit me in" his schedule, even though it was approaching 5pm! He did a great job!! Honest and reliable. I'll definitely call this company again!
