Ian is terrific...and dependable. Who else would you want to clean your first and second floor gutters but a FIRE FIGHTER! Easy going, down to earth and no-nonsense...that's Ian. He'll drop off a quote in your mailbox. Come by and clean, then you leave a check. At least this service still simple to accomplish.

Ever wonder about how well automotive advertising works? Plastering your name all over your van? You would think this would encourage safe driving. Not so much. I was attempting to merge from a left turn into stopped traffic and their truck was doing everything to block me from possibly getting in. So when traffic was moving I called to point this out. While hanging back in the opposite lane he attempted to come into my lane and force me off the road twice. I wasn't even in his lane and was just trying to keep his license plate in eye. Calling was pointless though, no one answers just a voice mail about the weather and patience. So if you do happen to even make it through to the company, is this someone you would want to trust at your house?

I called Ian and was impressed with the professionalism and customer service provided. He provided a quote and told me that he treats all of his clients like family. He told me that if he could lower the estimate upon arriving at the house on the date of service he would. And that is exactly what happened. Ian pressure washed my 3100+ sq foot home (including front and back porches and the 60 ft driveway) for less than $300. He also gave a discount on the gutters as well. In the future, I will most definitely rely on his expertise for both services. He has been in business for 12 years and it definitely shows!!
