Ian worked within our price range and really listened to what we said. We LOVE our new home and it's exactly what we wanted.

Not being the biggest fan of realtors Ian was great to work with and by far provided more for my money than previous companies. His web expertise is the huge plus though. The traffic on the site keeped people coming and my house sold quickly in an area he really didnt even specialize in!!
