I had a worst experience as a bride at IBEX bridal in downtown. The customer service was poor, I was lied about the price of the gown and they gave me the price of the veil 4X more than in different bridal store! I put a small deposit for my gown and veil and after signing an invoice with very little tiny letters I found out that I am not able to cancel my dress or veil and I need to fully pay for it. I am not getting married anymore and went to the store to explain my heart-breaking circumstances and was told I will not receive my money back and need to pay for the gown regardless. With tears in my eyes I screamed and they called a security on me!!! Now, my dress supposed to be made and delivered for July and it is not even in production yet but the owner already made a collection claim and wants to take me to court. None of us is in the possession of the dress. My question is how can you sue someone for sth you don't own? I will not mention his insensitive behavior towards my personal loss....Please DO NOT BUY anything from this store. It supposed to be your most memorable moment and it is a total grief.
