Awesome!!!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this service! Before I started using Idea's pick up/delivery service I either never bought dry clean only items or when I did, would only wear them once because I could never find time to take them to the cleaners. This is perfect for me! Their driver is very professional and friendly and the one time they lost an item of clothing they were overly apologetic and compensated me fairly for the loss. They have recently started a tailoring service that I even plan to try out. I don't know what I'd do without Ideal.

Convenience for the Worker Bee
I currently work in the Sandy Springs/ Atlanta area and it's wonderful to know that I can make a simple phone call and bring my bag to work and have it picked up, cleaned and back to me in two days (max). What a fantastic accommodation that simplifies my life. I would otherwise be wearing more the same thing everyday if I didn't have the convenience of a mobile dry cleaning service. Theresa is the office is also fabulous.

Convenience - Plus Much More!
Ideal Drycleaners takes the pain out of stopping on the way to/from work for cleaning. They are always prompt to pick up my cleaning, and I usually have everything back two days later. They show up right at my office, pick up the bag, and bring back the cleaning direct to the closet at work. I have never had a lost article, and all of my clothing is expertly cleaned.

Great Service
Ideal truly is ideal. I have enjoyed using their service on many occasions. I only wish they were located in the area of town in which I now work. It has been hard to find another dry cleaner that pays as much attention to detail as they do.
