As a realtor, I have to keep a short list of venders that can perform tasks for my clients when needed. Under Home Inspections there are only 2 choices and Michael is the first. Michael scheduled around our contract date. He was on time and when my realtor was late he started out on the outside of the house until the realtor arrived (even though it was freezing outside). When we got into the house we had some minor electrical problems which my realtor fixed and then he retested. Michael was patient, explained every detail, and this is the second time we have used him. Customer service like this hard to come by in this day and age.
