Mr. Melson, was very through with the inspection of a home that we ended up not buying partially based on his findings. He was patient in explaining some of the issues he found with the home in a manner that I understood. After initially contacting him, the scheduling and execution of the inspection was handled with dispatch. Based on this first experience, we used Mr. Melson for the inspection of a second property. I just had a home inspection done by Mr. Darryle Melson and it was such a great experience!I am just a girl :)-first time home buyer and he had all the patient in the world with me and all my questions, made it clear what is what and what needs to be done. We spoke to 8 home inspectors and after careful consideration we decided to hire Darryle Melson. We expected the best and
that is what we got! He is extremely thorough. We were there during the inspection and it didn't bother him that we followed him as he looked under, over, behind, around and in everything and everywhere. He explained his findings as he went along. The report he generated was very thorough. We are extremely happy with him and will be hiring him again in a few months to inspect another home.

When our original house inspector cancelled due to illness, Darryle jumped in at the last minute, and we could not have been more pleased. He was very thorough, and took the time to explain everything he found. We were very happy with the service, and if we needed another inspection we would definitely use them again.
