Had my Lasik procedure done there and LOVED IT, went back and saw the other doctor and had my Lipo procedure there (they use the best technology) Laser SmartLipo and VASER Ultrasound Lipo, Went home after the procedure (btw its under local Anesthesia) still made diner for the kids and went to bed around 11pm (which is early for my schedule) woke up the next morning it was a Saturday and BELIEVE IT OR NOT after getting seen by the doctors for my 1st Post-Op I WENT & HIT GARAGE SALES!!! GARAGE SALES after less than 24 hours of my LIPO LADIES!!! Its the best thing ever and now after about 4 weeks of my procedure I LOOOOOOVE the results, I DID NOT NEED a tummy tuck or a scar even though THREE OTHER SURGEONS in town said i could ONLY have a tuck!!! Today i dont have a big ugly scar, i did not undergo a big surgery and long recovery, i do NOT have my skin hanging, and its all because i chose the best of the best... U should all give them a try and go in for a free consultation, they're even open on SATURDAYS and they even do post-ops on SUNDAYS!!! Im tearing up just talking about them.

I had Lippodisolve procedure done with 2 treatments that was suppose to reduce fat in my upper adbdominal area,( the treatment comes with 3 visits) needless to say it did nothing but cause pain and itching.. they keep promising you will see results...I didn't. I talked with them to see if I could get a refund or credit for services. Also this lippodisolve has been discontinued and is really bad news. They wanted me to pay even more money for an new improved lipposuction technique. That was last year. I have called them about 5-7 times no one answers the phone, and it goes to voice mail So I decided to stop by one day to see if they were even still in business, and lo and behold they are! When i talked to the office manager he said that they had been busy!!! He has agreed to allow me to have the Wave Light Allegretto eye surgery for a discount. I think I am going to try it and I will get back with you and let you know my results.

UPDATE: After emailing my displeasures to Dr. V.R. Rangaraj, I was invited back in to discuss them with another doctor. Ultimately, a portion of the procedure was redone by Dr. Rajesh Rangaraj. From start to finish, the procedure was done completely different & definitely better than the first visit. Thus, the results were immediately apparent the day after. If liposuction is what you seek at ImagePlus, insist on Dr. Rajesh Rangaraj! You'll be glad you did!

I got Lasik eye surgery at ImagePlus Atlanta back in September. I had such a great experience. They offered the Bladeless Lasik procedure at a great price. Everywhere else was much mroe expensive. This place has the latest equipment and a good reputation from their previous practice. They use the Wavelight Allegretto to perform the surgery. That is the most important factor with this type of procedure. The customer service was exceptional. The Doctor called me on Saturday night to check on me and he had me come in yesterday (a Sunday!) to look at my eyes and make sure everything looked good. Please take a look at their website yourself to form your own opinion. And go for the consultation if you're curious about it.

My wife had her Lasik procedure about 10 months ago. She had such bad vision that she could not even reconize me from a few feet away without contacts or glasses. I scheduled her appointment after seeing an advertisement in the AJC. Everyone there was very professional and caring from the monent we walked in. The doctor was very qualified to perform the procedure and the equipment was the best technology available. (I researched) After the procedure and her eyes healed, she has 20/15 vision! Amazing. The price was the best in Atlanta. We are very happy customers and would recommend them to anyone. In fact several of our friends went to them as well. It was well worth the investment for this procedure.

This is the best medical facility that I have ever been to. I have been wearing glasses for a long time so I have seen a lot of doctors. A friend of mine who had lasik there and thought very highly of them recommended them to me. I thought it was time to consider lasik so I decided to give them a try. They got me in right away. The staff is so professional and knowledgable about the procedure that it put my mind to ease right away. The doctors are super nice and down to earth. They sit down with you and go over everything in detail. I went to 3 lasik consultations before coming to imageplus and was quoted anywhere from $4500 to 5500. I got mine done for considerably less and am loving every minute of it. They even paid for my cab ride all the way back to Riverdale as my ride cancelled at the last minute. Now that is what I call service!

I visited this business to inquire about the $499 per area lipo-dissolve procedure advertised in Alpharetta newspaper and a local magazine. Turns out the abdomen accounts for 3 areas which adds up to $1500! not $499. The typical bait and switch game to get you in the door and then the fun begins! Buyer beware.

We thank you for visiting our facility for lipodissolve consultation. Just to be clear, we abide by American Society of Plastic Surgery guidelines when defining the abdominal area. Abdomen is generally divided into three areas-lower(below the navel), upper(above the navel) and the love handles. I encourage you to visit other area facilities and you will find out that they all define the three areas the same way we do. Our prices are very competitive even at $1500.00 for those three areas. We do not believe in nor practice 'bait and switch'. I encourage you to call our office for clarification of this misunderstanding.
Although I appreciate you taking the time to schedule me for an appointment, you did so by charging me a $50 out of pocket fee (copay), despite the insurance's explanation of benefits showing clearly that the allowed copay for that visit is $20. The confusion at the front desk that morning about whether your office accepts one of the largest insurance providers in the country (United Healthcare) is unfounded, but at least you got an extra $30 from me. The story you provide about having to call the surgeon back in seems to conflict the initial phone conversation when the appointment was made. During that conversation, my wife was told that the doctor was in the facility on his way out but would wait a few minutes for me to arrive (got there within 20 minutes after making the call - to call the doctor to come in may have taken longer, no?). To say that the front desk staff is looking out for my best interests is a gross fabrication of the truth. My best interests would have been served by keeping the first appointment and not calling me to cancel, but I could understand a conflict having come up on your end. Fine. The fact that the second appointment could not be kept, also due to problems in/from your office is harder to swallow. The fact that your front desk adopts an attitude lacking any humility given the circumstance is perhaps the straw that breaks the camel. Alas it is up to whomever reads these reviews to determine your business etiquette for themselves

We pride ourselves on the quality of service we provide to our patients. We were quite happy to be able to accomodate you right away when you called on a saturday morning with a medical issue. We even called our surgeon in on his day off to see you. As you will recall the physician took the time out to call another primary care physician to assist in your various medical conditions (that are not related to the reason you came to visit our facility). Our policy is not to reschedule patients if possible. However, due to circumstances that are beyond our control, occassionally we do have to move patients around. As far as our staff is concerned her primary objective was that you not wait around unnecessarily and therefore she offered to reschedule you. One would hardly see any of the above as poor customer service and we find it regretful that you do.
