Their Service is very bad. I had went for regular cleanup. They suggested me to do apply for Crown due to cavity. After they put the Crown they left a gap between Crown and Gums. When Went back to them about this , they said they can not do any thing, since the gums were closed between temp and Permanent. Also they always suggest deep cleaning. This common scenario. It happened to other people to. Also the staff is so rude and unprofessional. They showed me the estimate and I paid in full after the treatment. After 6 months, they send me bill to pay. I called them asked, what are these additional charges, since I paid in full. They could not able explain. They mentioned they will call back and they never replied. After 2 months, I got the bill again. They gave same reply with they will call back. I followed up after a week. Again they said If I need to pay they will call back. But after a month, I got bill again. When called them, they mentioned , they will check the records and call back. I followed up on the same day. They gave rude reply that they have other things to do than resolving my issue. I told them if they don't resolve the issue and If need call them back they need to pay me for my time. Since I am spending my valuable time to resolve their errors. After lot of arguments, they closed the issue without giving any explanation, why that bill was sent to me.

Every time I come here I have such great work done and I'm made to feel very comfortable. Dr. Ami Majmundar and the others that work with her are wonderful! Thank you.

It seems that they do "deep cleaning" to almost every adult patient. In order to do this, patient has to pay around $100 for additional x-rays which insurance does not cover. They also insist that deep cleaning needs to be done more than 2 times a year and insurance, of course, will not cover more than two. The young doctor, who treated our family, didn't seam to be willing to discuss any treatment options and hear any patient's concerns.

Great office, I trust my dentist, Dr. Ami and her staff to be ethical and reasonable in pricing since they are providers of my insurance. They don't keep me waiting and I always know what to expect.

I love Dr.Amy and her assistants. They have provided me the best service every time I have been there. They go over all the prices before hand so you wont be surprised at the end. I have got my deep cleaning done, cavities filled up and 4 wisdom tooth removed in single appointment by Dr. Amy. I love her for doing all that and didn't fill any pain. I have recommended lot of my family members and friends to her. She is the best dentist and I will recommend her to everyone.

I had a filling done in this office. My first one and needless to say Dr. Ami and her assistants made me feel right at home. I was in and out in less time than expected. The staff is super friendly and all these bad reviews below do not make any sense. They go over all the costs beforehand so nothing is unexpected. I will definitely be referring people to Imagix and especially Dr. Ami.

I went to get my routine cleaning done recently. But the dentist said that they would have to do the deep cleaning and there will be additional cost that my insurance won't cover. I have never had to do a deep cleaning before in the last 30 years of my life, so I was a little reluctant and asked them to do just the routine cleaning. They told me that according to their policy, they won't be able to do just the routine cleaning. So I decided to go for the deep cleaning for this one time to give it a try. After my deep cleaning was done they had asked me to come back for a routine cleaning after a month again, which I did. I showed up 15 minutes before my appointment time and they made me wait for 20 minutes over my scheduled appointment time. Finally the hygienist came and took me in for the cleaning. I asked her if she would be done in about 40 minutes (as they had already taken 20 minutes of my time in the waiting area) for I had another personal appointment after that. The hygienist very rudely told me that I shouldn't be in such a hurry and must give them over an hour next time to clean my teeth. I mentioned to her the fact that I had arrived before time and I had given them an hour but they made me wait which was the reason for my concern. She very RUDELY again said that next time I should not schedule anything right after my dentist appointment as they sometimes run late. Guess What.....There won't be a next time. I am moving myself and my family to another practice.

Yesterday my 7 yr old daughter received a pulpotomy w/crown. That was at 3pm, by 6pm the crown was off. She was in pain all night. This AM, she was seen and the error was corrected. The dental assistant explained that the adult dentist had worked to set the tooth correctly and that she did not know why the Pediatric dentist did not prep the tooth correctly yesterday. He put the wrong size crown on the tooth. Today took 30 minutes of additional drilling to get the tooth prepped and crown sized correctly. It took me out of work, my daughter out of school and all of it was not necessary if the pediatric dentist had slowed down and paid attention to detail. I trust with the medical training and certifications that he has that he is aware of how to perform the procedures correctly. It is not acceptable that my child had to go through this twice. I am so hurt as a mother all I wanted to do was spare her this pain. It hurt her, her cheek is swollen and inside her gums are torn and bleeding. I spoke with the office manager and she stated the dentists and owners will be looking into the issue. I paid $101 for my portion of the procedure and my insurance is paying the rest. No offer to refund my portion. I am so disappointed and hurt that my child has to go through this. I cancelled my families' appointments. They lost my business because I can not trust this practice. Adult side is OK : Peds: You decide!!!! Sanford's @ Barnwell ES & Autry MS

WOW. Just to moved to Alpharetta and made appointments for cleanings for the whole family. This place will charge for the visit. Will not clean your teeth. Will try to sell you a $2900 service. Will charge a $100 plus for the visit (per person) and you will walk out with nothing being done. Anyone been to a timeshare presentation? Your kids will come out crying because the higenist is inexperience, yells at your children and complains that a 6 year can not sit still. Are you kidding me. I have seen a lot shady business practices, but Imagix takes the cake. Nice building, Nice area, but Welcome to Hotel California... "Last thing I remember, I was running for the doors..............."

I was recently seen for a cleaning and a filling at Imagix Dental. I felt completely at ease in the chair and was pleasantly surprised by how professional and friendly everyone was.

The office is nice because Imagix Dental is interested in generating revenue from patients over providng good dental care for their patients. I went in as a new patient for a routine semi annual dental cleaning. I was immediately provided a video that attempted to up sell me on Visi-Lite Oral Screening services (independent labs cannot confirm the benefit of this service). I was then provided with another up sell of a deep cleaning. I was told that routine cleanings do not properly clean your teeth. The deep cleaning was a upcharge of $192.00. They also provided me with treatment options for the next one to two years that would cost an additional $100-$200 per visit. The hygienist stated that she could provide better dental care than an Oral Surgeon. When I decided not to purchase the deep cleaning, they refused to perform a routine cleaning. I was told that they could lose their license unless they performed a deep cleaning. Imagix Dental engages in false and misleading practices that include no intention of providing the basic services as prescribed under my insurance plan.

Love the office! It is very new and modern with computer charts rather than old fashion paper charts. I bring my whole family to see Dr. Ami. It's nice to have all the specialists in the same building as well if we ever need them. Thanks Imagix!
