Everyone in the office was very pleasant when I came into the office. I had an appointment with the orthodontist and everyone on the team was very nice and professional. I HATE GOING TO THE DENTIST but the office staff made feel comfortable today.

Divorce is hard enough but when a dental practice calls 4x to interrupt a sales meeting so I can pay a bill that I cant even see or they will hold my child hostage from returning to school, that is the last straw. They are rude, interrupt and make lost of mistakes. They are NOT that good.

I called to make an appt but they were booked 5 months out, when i asked why, her response was, "we're that good!" Let me tell you how "good" they are. someone cancelled and i jumped on an appt the following day. That same day my 3.5 year has a tooth ache and won't eat, this coming off a stomach bug that drained his energy. My wife and I were already extremely worried about his weight. My plan was to bring him to the appt thinking they could at least take a look, even if it meant giving him my appt. Well they would NOT see either one of us! The receptionist told us our appt was cancelled because I did not confirm the appt which was ridiculous considering we made the appt less than 24 hours prior. Then, she said it was because my insurance had changed so my ONLY option would be to reschedule. Even when I offered my dental insurance card, they refused to honor my appt w/o any remorse or empathy. I told her of my son's tooth ache and they just ignored our situation. I was so upset I was shaking, my voice cracking. Never in ANY of my previous dental/doctor visits prior did I not have the option to provide insurance info at the time of my appt, and we even showed up 15 minutes early! Consider yourself lucky if you've had a good experience at Imagix Dental because they are obviously in it for the $$$. And when they make a mistake, your family will not only pay the price but you will be treated with a heartless indifference.

I've used many different dentists (have to change each time my employer changes plans) and I love this office. They are friendly and professional. All of the staff is wonderful. I never enjoy going to the dentist, but this office makes it less stressful.

These guys were closest to my house: The service was horrible (the hygienist actually was downright rude - and later apologized). I took my girls (twins) there and the "Doctor" literally was there for about 5 seconds..."yeah, hmmm, yeah...looks good, high five." That was it. Then they insisted that they already saw both girls - and tried to charge for both girls. Will not be making another appointment there - go somewhere else!

Tried these guys because they were the closest to my new address. They told me I needed a "Deep Cleaning" and descaling below the gum line, and that I would need to come back to have a cavity filled. Went back to my old dentist and was told there was no need for the deep cleaning and no sign of any cavities. On top of all this they messed up my billing and threatened to begin "aggressive action."

these folks are like the snake oil salesmen in western movies. it appears that they specialize in preying upon low-income medicaid customers so they can fleece the government.

waited 1 hour before going back to a chair. charged for item that my child didn't receive (I was with her 100% of the time to verify). performed unauthorized services that were not covered by my insurance, then tried to bill me for charges. dentist claimed my daughter had 3 cavities; since my daughters have NEVER had cavaties, I took her to another pediatric dentist for a 2nd opinion and found that she had NONE.
