Went in for a cavity fill-up and was told by the front office that I had a balance due of $524 and had to pay it before they could work on my cavity. I asked them to verify with the insurance. After verification they found out that there was no payment due, instead a credit of $45.00 was issued. Had to spend 2 hours extra to get this resolved. So stay away from these people.

The office is nice because Imagix Dental is interested in generating revenue from patients over providng good dental care for their patients. I went in as a new patient for a routine semi annual dental cleaning. I was immediately provided a video that attempted to up sell me on Visi-Lite Oral Screening services (independent labs cannot confirm the benefit of this service). I was then provided with another up sell of a deep cleaning. I was told that routine cleanings do not properly clean your teeth. The deep cleaning was a upcharge of $192.00. They also provided me with treatment options for the next one to two years that would cost an additional $100-$200 per visit. The hygienist stated that she could provide better dental care than an Oral Surgeon. When I decided not to purchase the deep cleaning, they refused to perform a routine cleaning. I was told that they could lose their license unless they performed a deep cleaning. Imagix Dental engages in false and misleading practices that include no intention of providing the basic services as prescribed under my insurance plan.

Love the office! It is very new and modern with computer charts rather than old fashion paper charts. I bring my whole family to see Dr. Ami. It's nice to have all the specialists in the same building as well if we ever need them. Thanks Imagix!

I just started going to this office and I could not be happier with my choice of the orthodontist. I have wanted to fix my smile for years and have had several consults. Dr. Fleming is by far the best. He is very knowledgeable and his staff is top notch. They may be the nicest staff of any office I have ever been to. At my first appointment I left there feeling like I had known his him and his assistant for years. Dr. Fleming was so thorough and answered all my questions. I have never had a more pleasant doctor's visit. Not only do you receive top quality care, they make it to where it's affordable. What more can you ask for in a doctors office. I will be sending all my friends and family.

Let's face it. Generally, doctors are "usually" pleasant to work with. However, I can't say the same about their staffs. This place has terribly trained staff who can't explain the bills, over charges, and quote different fees to different people for the same procedures. Do not return calls. This place is overly crowded and very busy. I don't understand why the smart doctors understand it is customer service that brings in people.. Shame!

I had to go in so my son could have two root canals done on his two front teeth. First, the nurse that took him back was rude explaning the pricing, After about 3 1/2 hours of waiting my son came out to show me his teeth and it appeared as if they had been thrown in, not matching the rest of his teeth or smile. When I proceeded to tell them my concerns, I learned that the dentist had already left for lunch and I had to talk to her by phone. I voiced my concerns to her and she told me to give the phone to the nurse who then told me to come back with my son so we could see what to do. When we got back to the room the nurse was looking at my sons teeth, and looked up at me and said "we are not GOD we are humans and you can't expect for his teeth to look perfect". Then another nurse came in and said "well, I have his pictures from before so I will fix them, but they will be crooked". I could not believe my ears!!! First off, how could you allow a child to walk out of your office looking that way? Second, how could you get upset with me saying that my son's teeth don't look right? When you have work done to your teeth it is not supposed to look like you had work done to your teeth. The dentist that does your teeth is supposed to make your teeth look uniform, this was definitely not uniform. If you want a dentist office to treat you like crap and your children like crap go here. If not stay far away!!

My family of 6 have all gone to Imagix for our dental needs for one year. In that time they have refused to fulfill their appointments twice. Wasting at least 2 hours of our time. They refused because first they wanted us to spend hundreds of dollars. $$$ on things they never saw on our last apptmts. Things we could not come back to do at another time. I have never known a dentist, periodontist, or any medical professional to work this way. Usually, they make recommendations and you choose when and if you would like to heed their professional advice. At Imagix they try to force you into doing what they recommend. They refuse to service your needs until you do what they are recommending. What's that about! Definitely no time for a second opinion!

To have my wisdom teeth out they gave me a cost printout of $390.00 after insurance, which I paid in full. Months later, they started trying to collect another $400!!?? Turns out they lied about being in network and now they have sent a creditor after me to collect this fraudulent charge!! NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE.

This dentist is a joke from start to finish. They told me I didn't take care of my teeth, and failed to mention that part of it is due to genetics. They did a filling for me that was improperly bonded and now I need a crown. They will not tell me the status of my claim with my insurance and keep billing me after repeated demands. I have demanded to speak to a managing partner, but have never heard from anyone. This place is a complete joke. I plan on paying them $1 a month to make them mad just as they have done to me.

I took my kids there for cleanings. They told me my son had a cavity. Something didn't sit right. My son said they were very rough and he didn't like them, we did not go back. We went to another dentist... to find out he has NO cavities, and has not had any for the past 3 years. So.. be careful

I had surgery done by Dr. Hall which was so much easier than I thought. Her staff had given me a phone number to call if I needed her for anything after hours. I had some questions about my stiches and I wasn't able to get through on her answering service. When I saw her the next week for a follow up. I told her this and she actually gave me her cell phone number! I have never heard of that before. Just like a small town Doc! She said that she has trouble with her messaging service alot. Dr. Hall was so kind and personable. She actually seamed to care. I am going back in 6 months for implants and can't wait. Her staff was also very nice and that helped since I was nervous. I won't be nervous going back this time. She is also going to take my daughters wisdom teeth out over Christmas.

I went to Imagix because I could no longer afford my out-of-network dentist. I needed three crowns and a replacement for another plus an implant. I saw Dr Ami who examined me and reviewed her findings with what my other dentist had recommended. She and the staff provided a detailed treatment plan including a printout of estimated costs up front. I've never gotten that kind of documentation from my other dentist. I've had the three teeth crowned so far and all the staff have been highly professional and courteous. Costs are half that of my previous dentist. I didn't feel pushed to do any unnecesary work. Dr Ami ensured I was fully informed before, during, and after the crown work.

As an adult patient I was nervous about getting braces at my age but Dr. Fleming has been wonderful and my teeth look great! I am absolutely thrilled at the way my teeth look and I wish I had visited them years ago. I have had many consultations with other Orthodontists and Dr. Fleming has been able to straighten my teeth in a fraction of the time others have quoted me in the past. His staff is very friendly and I never have to wait in the waiting room - which is great when you're trying to squeeze visits in on your lunch hour. I highly recommend Dr. Fleming to anyone considering braces - young or older ;-) I cannot wait for my first family photo with straight teeth!
