On day three, my toddler was on the bars, and another kid tried to get on them too. My 2-year-old child pushed her. The child fell on the pads and bumped her head on the bar. I disciplined my child right away! Told the mother I was really sorry over and over (like 5 times). The other parents could see how truly sorry I was - They kept telling me it's ok, it happens, and it's just what 2 year olds do. The next day, we walked in, to attend another class. The owner started lecturing me. Her exact words were " I heard of yesterdays incident", "maybe you should keep an closer eye on your child", and "we are worried about the group now, because we've had such a good group until your child came along" and "that this mother and child has been with us for a year now". Implying that I'm a bad mother, because my 2 year old pushed another kid. She also implied that this other ladies business means more to her, and that my toddler is making the group bad. I thought how this matter was handled was unprofessional, and I wouldn't recommend her business to anyone. I did get a full refund, after I reminded her everything she just said/ implied to me. I ALSO NOTICED THAT, ONE OF THE 5 STAR REVIEWS IS FROM THE OWNER... IT'S UNDER HER NAME.. I also agree, this isn't the kind of place we want in Sandy Springs, I have heard many of Mom's complain about this place...

I was so disappointed with this place. There was some talk that there were rats and roach infestations there too as mentioned in a local news paper. The staff was so mean to my child it took days to stop the crying. Then when I asked for a refund they said they did not have to refund my money. This is not the kind of place we want in Sandy Springs.
