Joe was wonderful to work with! He came out a day after I had contacted him for an estimate and had the estimate to me later that evening. His price was by far the most reasonable of 3 other estimates that I received. He began work almost immediately, which was great as I was eagerly looking to get renovations completed prior to my move in date. Joe and his men were there on time the first day and he was great at explaining the process. I am a first time home buyer and first time renovator, so at times I had lots of questions and concerns. Joe was very patient with me and answer all of my concerns and found solutions for all of them. Joe was even great about completing projects around the house that was not part of the original estimate but needed attention (duct work problems and leaking toilet). The bathroom was completed yesterday, and it looks IMMACULATE!!! I could not be more thrilled with the outcome of the project and know I will enjoy it for years to come. I have already put Joe and his men to work with other projects around the house, and will definitely be using him in the future when home repairs are needed. I would highly recommend Immaculate Renovations & Repairs, they were a wonderful team to work with and very respectful of my house and my time.

I had Joe and crew perform a variety of projects around the house from plumbing to electrical work and painting. I am very happy with everything. My house was left immaculate and I was very comfortable letting them work in the house while I was not there. The total price for it all was affordable considering the amount of effort and time they spent on the job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality and great customer service at a reasonable cost.

We had Joe and his crew paint all doors, trim and windows in our three bedroom townhouse. He did a great job and finished within two days. We then decided we would like beadboard under the chair rail in the kitchen and he came out the next day and completed the work. It looks great! The price is very reasonable for the work. I would definitely use them again!

I purchased a Kudzu Deal for 2 men for 2 hours (half off normal price). We scheduled a date/time for installation of ceiling fans in 2 rooms in our house. 2 men did show up on time. These 2 men were unable to install a ceiling fan and left after 2 hours with nothing accomplished. I called Immaculate Renovations and was given a full refund.

I got the 2 handymen for 2 hours deal from a Kudzu email. When Joe arrived, we prioritized my list. It was definitely more than 2 hours worth of work. Here is what they did: 1) Paint peeling due to water damage on office ceiling/wall (small corner area). They scraped, mudded, applied Kilz, painted and also tapped down a few shingles on the roof. The paint-job looks great but I now have paint on my hardwood floor. 2) Unable to pull ice-maker drawer out of fridge due to space constraint. Joe cut the "lip" off the alcove, giving it another inch of space and fixing the problem. But the actual cut looks like a pre-schooler did it with safety scissors with his eyes closed. Jagged beyond belief. 3) Single piece of kitchen cabinet molding loose. Joe tapped a new nail into it to secure it. But I now have marks on my ceiling where his hammer scraped it. 4) Lattice "cage" around air conditioner leaning/loose. Rather than tap a few new nails into it, Joe took the wood from the fridge job and drove 2 stakes into the ground to support it. Really? 5) Paint peeling on ceiling above bathroom tub. They scraped, mudded and that was it. Time was up so it was left that way. I would rather it was not touched at all than have it left half-done. And scrapings left in the tub. I feel really bad writing this review because Joe seems like a great guy. Personable, hard-working and down-to-earth. But I am not at all happy with his work. He added more items to my "list" than he knocked off.

We purchased a web deal for 2 rooms to be painted. When they arrived, I was charged an additional $50 for all the extra "prep work" (patching screw holes) in one room. I was fine with that, there was a lot of patching required for that room. That room is actually immaculate. I loved the work and saw it completed before I left for the day. However, when I returned home to see the results of the 2nd room, I was disappointed to see that the patches weren't done well, and there were several spots where the paint was so thin, you could see the original color through it. They came back out a couple of days ago and re-patched the screw holes that weren't patched well to begin with and touched up the other areas that I had marked. I can't give 5 stars because I feel like the work should have been immaculate in both rooms the first time around, but I will definitely say that I am satisfied with the results in both rooms now. And my kids are happy. :)

Joe came out to do some minor electrical work. Joe advised us to check with our manufacturer after realizing that we needed more expertise in fixing our problem, Joe gave us a total refund although he worked over 3 hours at our home.

As a single Mom, I have a lot of things on my "to-do" list that just take more expertise than I have. Joe fixed things large (attic fan) and small (track lighting), and he did so with efficiency, attention to detail, and a terrific personality to top it off.

I had a hole in the ceiling of a bathroom from a leak that was recently repaired, and a toilet that was leaking. Joe and crew came out right on time, got to work promptly, and ended up replacing the entire ceiling panel, and the whole toilet because it had a crack in the tank that was leaking. They ended up staying several more hours than originally planned due to the scope of the job kept increasing. They did a phenominal job, and I highly recommend them!

I would highly recommend Immaculate Renovations. We had rooms painted, deck stained and trim painted, ceiling fans installed. Owner, Joe Gosa, has an exceptional crew and made sure that we were happy with the work before leaving. I will use this company again.

I was referred to Joe by a neighbor. He was professional and prompt with his quote and I was able to scheudle within the week. Joe and his crew painted a large room, hallway and did several touch ups for us. His work is immaculate and his customer service is exceptional. I would highly recommend Immaculate Renovations. I have asked him to quote on several other projects as well!
